All the rooms are fairly quiet for the toiletries and the staff are affable. All in all they offer nice service.

We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with "nofrills" facilities. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges were available too. The location was best possible for us - close to restaurants and pubs.

The folks were very amiable. The location in a good area was best possible and there were a bakery and supermarkets nearby. It was located not far from the train station giving access to many London attractions.

The rooms were decent sized, spotless, came with the common kitchen, a towel and firm bed.

The staff was knowledgeable, competent, and responded promptly to requests. The accommodation was not far from the train station.

Everything suited the needs, I would stay here again. Enjoyed the place, had a VERY PLEASANT stay during the summer holidays. The stuff were all competent, brilliantly friendly.

Decent and magnificent location, it was close to a subway station. I walked everywhere in London and restaurants and pubs were close to the place. The room was well-equipped for the toiletries, free Wi-Fi.

Everyone who works in the hotel is absolutely friendly and really helpful. Its rooms are brand-new and reasonably large with relaxing chairs.

The room is well priced. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the staff is nice and pleasant. It offers amazing, magnificent location.

Its location was marvellous and incredible, close enough to London, tube stations and Shepherds Bush O2 academy, a Westfield shopping centre, a Wetherspoons and other pubs and cheap restaurants. It also was okay in terms of transport.

We had a fantastic time.

Welcome base for exploring London. Early check in and late check out. Easy parking right outside.

Competent and pleasant staff with knowledge of the place. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Location near to buses and platform. Also, in a nice area.

The location was marvellous and best possible for walking around Ravenscourt Park. And it was also just off London with support from parents.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

The room was incredible and equipped with standard shower bathroom and teeny kitchen plus relaxing chairs as described. The food was well priced.

Here we were in front of few of our favorite spots such as hammersmith. A well-equipped kitchen was a big plus. Kathmandu inn tandoori, which can be found only 300 ft away, was a fast option. Stamford brook subway station was within short walking distance to the hotel.
