By and large, it was useful base for sightseeing in London, had much fun. The employees were amiable all the time. I had incredible, comfy room with shower, double bed plus fridge/freezer.

the hotel was in a marvellous location just off many restaurants and 2 supermarkets, supermarket and shops for what we wanted it for. it also was close to underground station. the apartment was cosy, had a living room and a sofa set. a bathtub was spacious and everything was very good.

I would stay here again, liked my very comfortable stay. This hotel is a comfortable place for shopping. The location is brilliant and the staff is amicable! It is set in a shopping area. West Kensington metro station is within 15 minutes walk.

The total stay was such great for a quick business trip. We had the queen room provided with fridge. The hotel was placed in the residential location very close to Olympia exhibition hall.

The area was quite noisy.
