The staff were AFFABLE and excellent too. The room was kept clean and available with a great view.

The breakfast is unlimited, the room is decent size with a view.

Views are not so great.

Perfect medium priced hotel with outstandingly accommodating and consistently courteous staff who knew what customer service means. Fast check-in, very good check-out, cheap room with excellent views, wardrobe space, for instance.

Thank you for making our stay pleasant. The staff is very honest here, the services are very efficient, and location is incredible just next door to walking distance from main visitor attractions, Southbank activities, including the Eye, Waterloo Station, Westminster Station and area, as well as Jubilee Bridge and London Eye.

Functional air-conditioned rooms, they are provided with a decent shower, the nicest view plus tea/coffee. We would stay here again, as the hotel exceeded high expectations.

This was my very nice stay for a visit to a nearby London hospital. The breakfast was plentiful and well priced, all in all food was lovely.

Possibly the best and lovely stay for 3 nights. Booked a well-equipped and beautifully maintained room with the nicest view of the London Eye and a pokey window plus good sized twin beds.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous with super-friendly personnel. The restaurant was reasonably priced with great food, I tried freshly cooked dishes. A shower and a hairdryer where a plus. The location was marvellous and fab, relatively close to a Lambeth palace. I thoroughly enjoyed the tourist area. The view was perfect, the service was terrific.

Plentiful and unlimited breakfast with the option of freshly cooked eggs; efficient staff. The amazing location for the price, really close to Right by Westminster Bridge so short walk to Houses of Parliament, is close to Food places / London Attractions, and a major train and tube station.

I got unlimited and delicious breakfasts with freshly cooked eggs, cooked food as well as Continental type food, proper sausages. The hotel was in a marvellous location just next door to Westminster Bridge and the London Eye, and beautiful night views from the bridges all 5 minutes away.

It had very central location close to County Hall.

Everything was amazing, wonderful location just next door to London, Close to the London Eye and beautiful night views from the bridges all 5 minutes away, very honest staff. The room was well-equipped and well-maintained with a view, the bed was comfortable.

The setting was quite particularly good within easy reach of an iconic riverside observation wheel.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we will be returning here soon. That was ideal and superior hotel set in secure area, short walk to the tube station, London eye, and lots of major attractions, Tubes and Trains, and underground. It had very central location close to Sea Life Centre London Aquarium.

The location was particularly good, you can visit The London Dungeon by walking. There was a park and a hill next to the place.

Near houses of parliament, 15 minutes' walk to London Waterloo East train station. We enjoyed the food and service and quite reasonable prices. Neds noodle bar was 5 mins walk away. The location was 1 mile to westminster;))
