Our new favourite place to stay in Richmond. Well presented and reasonably priced accommodation with helpful staff especially The duty manager. Lovely restaurant for dinner.

Satisfactory full English breakfast with reasonably priced choices. Fantastic central location, close to tube, and trains and Kew Gardens. Private parking onsite provided.

The breakfast was delicious with all dietary options and more tea bags, for example, we were pleasantly surprised. Unbeatable business location next to the restaurant on Saturday, the city centre and Richmond Park.

The food was very pleasant, especially a full English breakfast.

The restaurant was cosy for breakfast and dinner, I tried very pleasant dishes. Really enjoyed it, it had comfortable bed and very good service.

It made our trip to Richmond a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Top quality and well priced place to stay in Richmond, everything was really good. We really enjoyed a warm and delicious breakfast. Helpful staff, couldn't ask for more. The hotel was in a central setting to the center of Richmond.

We were offered DELICIOUS continental breakfast.

We appreciated rooms with an ok view. The location was efficient business, decent to spend the money in a local cafe. Plus, it was close enough to bus stop, tube and town centre which is very convenient for a walk and the restaurant on the evening.

Everything was excellent, had a very nice stay for a similiar visit. It was right by centre of London, Richmond train station, and Windsor and 30 minute train/tube journey into central London, great and premier location overall. Besides, a much haunted redbrick ham house was 5 km away from the property.

Staff were unobtrusive, atmosphere was comfortable, it had incredible location just off frequent quick trains to Waterloo and the restaurant before catching the train to Waterloo for the fireworks.

I would go back in flash, thank you very much. The place is top quality and impeccably clean, it offers delicious breakfast and easy location in a pretty quiet area. The room is great value and well-equipped and the staff are well-trained.

The rooms are well presented with good aircon, clean sheets, TV.

My room with air con was well presented and a nice size. The breakfast with a decent coffee and all dietary options, for example was hot.

I did not want to leave there and will definitely go back there again. Place was overall clean, everything was perfectly fine. It was in an efficient business location, easy to walk into Richmond town center. The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was warm on a decent coffee.

Our room was perfectly clean and beautifully maintained with air con, comfortable bed, as for instance, slept well. The location was marvellous for pubs and great restaurants.

Facilities were clean, though Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Very quick check-in, parking onsite. Spotless room and clean bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer and toiletries. Location close enough to pubs and restaurants, the flight path and the restaurant, which was good for family dining.

The full English breakfast is a great bonus. The location is great with private parking available on street. The atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable.

At the restaurant, the breakfast was satisfactory with all dietary options. Everything was great and the staff were courteous.

My favourite property in Richmond. Everything was fairly clean and really good. Neat and huge room with a spotless bathroom. Early check-in and late check-out, parking on street. Not to mention fast wifi!

i liked the place, it was exceptionally clean & the staff were competent and attentive. i had tasty food for breakfast on a decent coffee. the room was neat, with air con, the basics plus kettle, slept really well. the location was perfect, really close to windsor and richmond, in a particularly good area. also, royal botanic gardens was 2 km away.

Appreciated the place, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay of 2w or 3 nights. The staff were professional and responsive and offered us an air-conditioned room with a ok view. The restaurant here was lovely for breakfast and dinner.

If you don't want to go far from the hotel, try Four Regions, which is 900 ft away. The property was not far from Richmond train station.
