Brilliant views of the airport and savoury and hot breakfasts with fruit and pastries Costa cafe machine and vegetarian sausages too. Very quick check in & the service was friendly. Not to mention very good wifi!

The restaurant was modest with service and food well above the standard you would expect from a Hotel chain of this caliber, we ordered healthy dishes.

Unbeatable location, a short way from Saint Mary's Cathedral. Really efficient staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The location to Twickenham stadium was comfortable and easy. I found nice Rockys Take Away by accident, it was within walking distance of the hotel.

I had quite pricey breakfast, it could be way much better.

Well-appointed venue, handy location right by So close to the terminal, Thyme restaurant and London's King's Road train station from Brussels, truly enjoyed our stay. The employees were very friendly efficient and incredibly helpful and offered very good services.

We would want to stay there again as the location was particularly good and perfect. No complaints whatsoever, overall it’s pleasant and comfy place with superfriendly stuff at the reception desk.

The breakfast was great value for money, guests were offered milk and coffee. Comforts of very good sized and nicely furnished king room presumably with young children were fabulous. The hotel's position was perfectly comfortable and easy, to from terminal.

Altogether it was very good value for money though. The room was reasonably priced and well furnished when upgraded with 2 dbl beds, WiFi and the usual comfort of Premier Inns.

Had a savoury and tasty breakfast with juices and continental dishes, as for instance. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and always greeted us.

Breakfast was free, pleasant views, ideal location just off London for business for a day, restaurant and friendly staff and Heathrow airport with coffee shop, bar and restaurant in atrium. Coffee bar was welcoming and reasonably priced.

Functional and well soundproofed units with bath towel, tea, for instance, excellent employees.

The room was functional and big sized with 1 single bed, the TV, for instance, I really enjoyed it.

Everything was incredible, the wifi was excellent. I really enjoyed well laid out room with airport views. The breakfast was free, the check in was smooth. The location was magnificent and perfect, surprised to find they have a bus service which runs to the airport terminals.

The location ideal very close to the airport by local bus. Very good sized units with the bedroom, comfortable beds, for example, and amazingly attentive staff. Good food in the restaurant for breakfast.

Regarding price, think it's very good value for money, had a just perfect stay for two nights. The venue is fairly clean and big, views are pleasant, the location is perfect next to the airport as well as the general areas. The staff are caring and attentive, managed the parking onsite.

The venue is bright, it offers free breakfast and has ideal location close to the Airport as well as most of the Rental Car Pickup/Droppff locations as well as nearby shops. The coffee bar makes the soft drinks.

The room was neat and soundproof with bar, a fridge, for instance as described. The venue's position was central. The airport was 5 km away.

Came here for 2 nights with my two small children, everything was great. Location: the hotel was so close to tube into London, airport. It also was in the area.

It was a minute walk from Hillingdon heart of the city. The rooms were quiet, the staff was knowledgeable!

My stay was great even for one night. It was good to be 2 km away from Zam Zam, serving short-orders. Appreciated the double room with a shower over a bath, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Thanks to the courteous staff everything was great.
