Premier Inn London Hayes, Heathrow

Its location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect in a good area close to all the shopping. The room I had was well-equipped and well-kept with a clean bathroom.

Good-sized, brand-new rooms with comfy beds. Warm breakfasts with cooked to order, free options both continental, the goods, friendly efficient and especially helpful staff.

The place was fairly clean and staff were friendly efficient, I appreciated perfect and magnificent location. I was very happy with the well-kept and good sized room, that was complete with twin beds. My stay was very relaxing here.

In general the staff were welcoming and pleasant.

We were upgraded to a quiet room with a double & twin beds for children over 16. Central location of this hip new hotel was a bonus👌

Fairly clean hotel with obliging staff, its location is great. There is plenty of appetising food for breakfast. All in all they offer helpful service.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the resturant, local shops and easy transport links into London for the NFL. The room was spotless and functional with with comfy bed and children OVER 16, had good night sleep.

The food was excellent with a wide array of alternatives.

Everything was great, the hotel is ideal and clean with excellent services. The food was lovely and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu. Our room was new-fashioned with a double & twin beds for children over 16 and the staff were nice and courteous. Magnificent and handy location on arrival everything was messed up, met needs.

The rooms were brand-new with a double & twin beds and the breakfast was amazing. All the staff was especially helpful, settled my issues.

Its location within walking distance of Church of st Mary was great and handy.

This was a nice and perfect location short walk to Windsor and Close to range of different restaurants. The breakfast was hot with cooked to order, the goods plus free options both continental to choose from.

The breakfast was marvellous with the goods and with good food.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

By and large, it was fine base for sightseeing in Hayes, had much fun...

It was worth its 3 stars. The rooms were tidy and the service was excellent, just what we needed. An English breakfast had something for everyone.
