Everything was excellent, nevertheless a few employees were abrupt. The setting of hotel was marvellous, in an underground parking area. Plus, it was close to great restaurants and local bus routes for onward travel, London central and very good bus connections.

Thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing stay for one night. The rooms were nice styled and neat with aircon. Lovely and stunning location next to Hammersmith, Hounslow, Westfield and many other places and shops close by, I felt safe. Also, Brentford Monument wasn't far.

Had a great stay for one night. Fantastic room, bed was exceptionally comfortable plus there was a clean bathroom. Every staff member was lovely and fantastic. Only the best continental breakfasts served in the bar. The location was marvellous, close to Kew gardens, it's a plus.

Direct connection to royal botanic gardens. If you don't want to go far from the hotel, try The Old Fire, which is 900 ft away. Venue is so close to the train station, it takes 20 mins to walk there.
