The units are cheap, spotless with toothpaste, the fan, for instance.

All the staff members are welcoming and motivated. A queen room with comfortable beds has basic facilities you need.

The staff were all welcoming, which was unquestionably a plus. As for me, the location was marvellous and unbelievable, just off the adjacent pub, the Beefeater restaurant and Chessington theme park. Also, a swinging roller coaster was placed at a small distance.

The positives include incredible location and parking on site. The staff in general is welcoming. Would love to come back here some time, the hotel met needs.

The rooms are good sized and cheap with air-conditioning, and the location is fantastic so close to the Theme Park.

Brilliant and clean accommodation with marvellous and unbelievable location next to the train station, a Beefeater pub offering a good food and drinks menu and the restaurant too. Modern rooms with very comfortable beds and good staff. Excellent food in the attached restaurant.

The hotel met expectation, it was a fairly nice stay for 3 nights. The staff was great and kind all that time. The breakfast was hot, with a wide array of different options. The property had an unbeatable location really close to an Arrow suspended swinging roller coaster. Moreover had so much fun by the lake, set 200 metres of the venue.

Stayed in a spotlessly clean room with a double bed. Marvellous location so close to Chessington perfect location and plenty of parking, the restaurant too and Chessington theme park, I felt safe.

We truly enjoyed this hotel, it was clean with a marvellous and lovely staff. They offered us excellent meals, had variety of options to choose from.

Truly enjoyed our room that was not been cleaned the bed not made and available with the bathroom and 1 single bed plus toothpaste. There was great attached restaurant with amazing meals.

Everything was good! The staff were really good and welcoming and kept the place immaculately clean. The hotel was located 200 metres from the bus stop.

No reason to complain, we will definitely go back there again if in Chessington. This hotel is pleasant and exceptionally clean, it has good Wi-Fi and an attached restaurant.

My stay was fairly nice for a business trip. It was modern, functional and with a double bed. The staff was good, nothing to complain about. The hotel's location was unbeatable, right by the Monkey Puzzle pub next door, the restaurant and a more mature, and the train station.

The staff was efficient, there was a parking. Beefeater, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel. Not far from Dragon's Fury and other tourist attractions🙂
