Exceptional service, wonderful and lovely staff during stay.

Truly enjoyed our beautifully maintained rooms, plus the staff was excellent. We ate in the really nice restaurant with a chef which was reasonably priced. The bed was comfy and the balcony had impressive views of the sun rising over London. The location was magnificent and easy, because an underground station was based a short walk to the hotel. It was across the really great area.

A pleasant property, fairly clean, excellent and unbeatable location near by Underground Station. Newly remodelled room with an extra temp bed and gentle and excellent staff.

They serve delicious breakfasts for all tastes with latte etc all and pastries and continental flavour.

The location was good and ideal, for example, a major road was at a short distance from the hotel. It was located in a secure area. The breakfast was well priced on duty to order poached eggs and had variety of food.

Top, sensational breakfast with a touch of continental flavour with sweet pastries. Fantastic central location, really close to the tube station at Ravenscourt Park, the common areas and the centre.

The location was excellent and absolutely perfect in a particularly great area, next to both city center and the Royal Albert Hall. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met what was needed, totally recommend it. Beautifully maintained room, everything was very good. There were climate control and a carpet in the room, greatly enjoyed that.

We were in a magnificent and ideal location close enough to bars restaurants, the train station & the bus station, and London. The bed was large and the room reasonably sized & air conditioned.

Fairly clean and wonderful place, has great views at sunrise and sunset. The staff is gentle and amicable and accommodates all of guests' needs. It has beautifully maintained and newly renovated rooms. Well priced breakfast, thanks a lot. The location is marvellous and easy for what I needed. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 25 minutes.

The weather was sunny, had very enjoyable stay for family vacation. Had central location very close to Ravenscourt Park underground.

I enjoyed 7 nights there. The rooms were immaculate, the staff were lovely. There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was exceptional.

We were there for 7 days, everything was good, thoroughly enjoyed its marvellous location right by near bus station, shops, theatres and sights and public transport. The attached restaurant for dinner and the in-house bar. It was a memorable stay, great place.

Good service, although a few employees were particularly busy. The location was particularly good and easy, a short walk to a subway station. A park and a river were a short walk to the hotel.

The rooms were great-sized with a view, liked it. The airport was 20 km away.

By and large, it was lovely place for sightseeing in London, had much fun and met gentle staff in services. We ate at the hotel's attached restaurant at the ground floor, really enjoyed it.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in London. The place was enchanting and had wonderful staff from cleaners to managers, enjoyed the stay. The breakfast offered was very good for international taste. The hotel's location was great, near to pubs and restaurants, train station, and stations👍

The breakfast was very very good with international taste and pastries and attention to detail. The location turned out to be marvellous, close enough to lovely pubs, the tube station, shops, restaurants, school and the airport.

My must haves' are a spotless, newly remodelled room with really comfy beds, air con, for instance. The location is handy, 2 km from The Terrace.

Great food, good service and magnificent view of the sunset over the city from the 11th floor. Excellent location as only 5 minutes to Ravenscourt Park. Really nice restaurant for dinner. Efficient check-in, parking on-site. Everything very good.

We were in a marvellous and handy location within easy walking distance of Ravenscourt Park. Set a short walk to a park and a river, it was a plus.

The room was huge and air-conditioned with an underwhelming bath. I did not want to leave there and would stay here again.

The location was unbeatable for walking around Ravenscourt Park. What's more, it was very close to tube, and London City centre.

Decent staff, early check-in and nice bar. Marvellous location, 5 minutes' walk to Quaker Meeting House. Perfect 10/10 stay, and 5 minutes' stroll from the metro.

Possibly the best and good stay for an enjoyable weekend. Location close to restaurants and shops, the stations and the tube. Also, near the underground. Late check out.

Strongly recommend this place and would definitely book again. Staff was friendly and food was excellent. Had nice dainties at Kawiarnia Maja, located 4-6 minutes walking distance the hotel. Besides, it offers free Wi Fi.

lowiczanka, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. good sleep in a comfortable bed. some of our favorite spots such as ravenscourt park tube were near to the property.

We liked it. Nice base for a city trip in London! 25 minutes by car from the airport...
