Everywhere there was clean. The location was incredible, within walking distance of Waterloo. Moreover, it was adjacent to the Southbank of the Thames, London, and the center.

Loved the place, had an excellent stay at over £150 a night. The food for breakfast was fab. Overall it was bright with nice view. The workers were superfriendly. The location was awesome, not too far from Waterloo. The airport was 20 km away.
Some people working there were not particularly helpful.

This was a very very good stay at over £150 a night. Professional and attentive staff did a great job. You could leave a car nearby. The venue's position was central. We also went to city centre, located relatively close to the hotel. The bar was comfortable.

The unit we got was bright and cosy with bar and lovely view plus ventilation. The location was incredible for walking around a huge observation wheel.

It was clean with attentive and efficient staff in all areas. The hotel's location was perfect and brilliant, short walk to the London Eye and the sights, the bus tours and the train/underground and Southbank.

Public parking & accommodating staff. Enjoyed that the room included a heating system and a writing desk. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost. The property met all requests, we can't wait to come back.
