Exceptional customer service.

The rooms are a nice size, the bed is great.

Enjoyed our good looking room with king size double beds and the functional-style building. The breakfast in the morning was savoury and tasty and complete with vegetarian sausages and toast cooked to order, as example. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, in a really nice area of East London.

Perfect and spotlessly clean accommodation with convenient location not far from tube and overground, the ferry pier and many other tourist places. Savoury and generous breakfasts with under and drinks to choose from, for example provided by the incredibly helpful staff.

The stay here was very nice on a business trip.

It was reasonably priced. This was a such wonderful stay for 3 nights. The rooms were neat and cheap and the bed was extremely comfy.

Central location, within a close distance from a historic castle. Extremely helpful and very amiable staff onsite.

It has well-kept rooms with minibar, showers, for instance.

We were given brand-new and decent sized rooms with 2 extra single beds and coffee plus TV.

Well, no parking.

Spotlessly clean property with so efficient and so caring staff at the reception desk. Convenient and handy location to Old Spitafields market and nice quiet area. Great value for money room, incredible view of gardens on the rear side.

Well-equipped and well-kept rooms with climate control and WiFi, comfy beds. Early check-in, late check-out.

I had good food for breakfast for the vegans in our party.

Brand-new rooms with the bath, fresh bed sheets and TV. Savoury breakfast on toast cooked to order, and so caring staff.

Tidy and immaculate room, absolutely perfect staff on mid-day shift. Great to have an attached restaurant with a large bar and restaurant downstairs.

The room is new-fashioned, with very comfy bed and lovely view. All the staff members are high quality and efficient.

Pleasant and excellent value place with delightfully helpful staff and decent location very close to Tower of London. Free parking and savoury and generous breakfast for our taste.

The rooms were air-conditioned and good looking here with bath/shower, bath plus the great premier inn bed. The location was good and unbeatable, short walk to bridge and block-lane and tube less than 5 minute walk of 15 bus to Trafalgar Square/St Pauls, in a commercial area.

Excellent and perfect location and next to an underground station. Great weekend in this nice quiet area.

Sadly, but there was dust in some areas.

The restaurant was good for breakfasts. Even the London City airport was not so far. The hotel met expectations. Right place for a city trip in London...

The bed was spacious, a shower worked well. Great hotel in every way:)))
