The staff was incredibly nice, accommodating, and responded promptly to requests.

The location was beautiful, right by Liverpool Central Library.

The staff was superbly friendly, and the rooms were lovely looking and soundproof. The hotel had a central setting right next to the Quay.

It was in a central setting near the canary wharf shopping centre.

My bed was a bit hard, unfortunately.

Clean and spectacular place with superbly friendly and exceptionally kind staff. Location - particularly good short walk to public transport, two different tube stations, and shopping area, restaurant and running by docks. Also, close to all amenities.

Comforts of immaculate and absolutely perfect queen room with decorations were fabulous. There were a personal safe, air conditioner, and an electronic key card, which was great. The location was marvellous and stunning and right by a subway station.

The location turned out to be fantastic and stunning, close to nearby restaurants and local amenities and DLR. All the staff were incredibly kind and very pleasant, the room was new-fashioned.

The staff we met were not so helpful.

We got king room and enjoyed it. A personal safe, air conditioner, and an electronic key card were much appreciated.

The breakfast is great, and the location is fantastic near the center of the beautiful Canary Wharf, Canary Wharf's main cafes and the tube to LCY airpor, Tobacco dock and the rest of the city.

I thoroughly enjoyed this incredibly beautiful place, stayed there for 2 nights. The staff were accommodating and amazingly kind and the location was excellent right by the the tube. There was City Kebab near the hotel.

The location was particularly good and stunning, not too far from Citigroup Centre. The rooms were stylish and new-fashioned, had a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

The bedroom was fashionable and soundproof. The bed was extremely comfy, used a laptop-compatible safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The location of the property was fantastic and amazing as we were just off the restaurants, bars and the Thames Clipper boat, anywhere, train stations, restaurants and amazing views overall and shopping centres/city life.

Hopefully the room was clean with the TV and all the facilities plus tea/coffee.

Came here for 2 night stay, had a great experience. The polite staff provided all the necessary info. Had central location close to all amenities. Local fast food option Lime Grill was 15 minutes walk away.

Besides, the location was easy for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Heron Quays Dlr. It was located walk from an underground station in London...
