The breakfast was fresh with cool beans with toast and eggs.

Overall it was a very good stay for one night. The employees were extremely helpful and very friendly and kept it all impeccably clean. There was lots of food for breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, butter, and cereal.

The room was decent size and functional with all facilities in working order and the overall experience was pleasant. In general the service was friendly.

They served poor breakfast, it can be far better.

The hotel had a very central position not far from tube stations, restaurants and shopping malls at walking distance and Shepherds bush subway and overground. Also, I really enjoyed the proximity to St Simon's Parish Church.

Welcome base for travelling to London and exploring local places. Extremely helpful and attentive staff; smooth check in. Good little and compact room, comfortable beds, great breakfast. The breakfasts with cool beans.

The place is modest and clean, it offers freshly prepared breakfast and brilliant location near Westfield shopping centre. The rooms are wonderful with exceptionally comfortable beds, and the staff are wonderful.

I loved the room with all facilities in working order.

Central location was a plus. Also, Shepherd's Bush Green was around the corner.

The bathroom was very small and Wi-Fi was bad.

The breakfast was freshly cooked and very very good and complete with a toast served and good coffee and croissant. This was a marvellous and comfortable location short walk to tube stations, restaurants and shopping malls at walking distance as well as the Eventim Apollo and Westfield shopping centre. Again, it was at a walking distance from a royal museum.

Tbh Wi-Fi was bad, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

It had lots of meals for breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, butter, and cereal. The hotel's position was perfect, just next door to a Vietnamese cafe / restaurant, Westfield shopping centre and shepherds bush empire, and the tube lines. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Design Museum.

The place was ideal and clean. I appreciated the perfect little room for teas or coffees and the staff were attentive. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, with restaurants and cafes near the hotel.

Modest very good budget place with marvellous and incredible location not far from westfield shopping mall as well as Shepherds bush subway and overground and Hammersmith.

I had wonderful and lovely room complete with window open, fridge and coffees. Location: the hotel was really close to Westfield, both Central Line and Piccadilly Line and the Eventim Apollo and Westfield shopping centre. Also, Lost Lagoon was at a short distance.

The location turned out to be simple and super, not far from various tube stations, a Vietnamese cafe / restaurant near to the green and big shopping centre. Also, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Olympia London. We greatly enjoyed the freshly cooked and great breakfast served with cool beans.

Well, it was a really good stay for one night. Booked a room for teas or coffees. The staff were all very attentive and lovely friendly.

It was a particularly good and excellent location for us, just off the tube, shopping centres and apollo theatre.

Everything was good, had a great stay for value for an overnight stay.

The rooms with the window open for fresh air, single double-bed, for example. Breakfast with a toast and good coffee, for instance. Marvellous and brilliant location at a medium distance from Underground.

The property was clean, the room was spotless and airy. The location was amazing and brilliant - ease of access to Church of st Simon. The hotel was in a quiet area, just off Oxford Street, and pubs and shops. Loved this excellent stay for one night.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

The location was brilliant, for example, Underground was relatively near the hotel. The staff was pleasant and courteous and catered to my every need.

The room felt unbelievably hot and the bathroom was not very clean.

i loved the room, the bed was comfortable. the personnel was pleasant and excellant, and the owner too. its reasonable, central location was a plus. moreover, it was 4 km from an expansive park.

for dinner we visited weizi prawn hot pot, set only 700 ft away. we had a car, so 5 minutes drive to the royal albert hall. the bed was good, we had a good rest.
