The location was central, near two well connected tubes so easy and about surroundings.

The location was marvellous and stunning, in the downstairs stair well area outside with easy access to a market and various stores.

Excellent modern property with very helpful employees that was on shift. Magnificent and perfect location close to an underground station and main sights. In the very nice area with restaurants and cafés close to the hotel.

I must comment on its central location - it was stunning. The airport is 20 km away, easy to get to.

The location was central, amazing to airport 5AM from victoria staion. We had a nice big bedroom.

The location is unbeatable and incredible, and the area is very very nice close to restaurants and cafés. Comfortably furnished and air conditioned rooms complete with a big double bed, the floors below and heating.

Good service and the food is fresh! A deluxe double room has basic facilities you need. The staff are thoughtful, the breakfast is varied. The location is excellent and lovely, 5 minutes' walk to Liverpool Central Library.

The morning breakfast was savoury and tasty with meats and yoghurt, for instance. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kept the place fairly clean. The location was great and beautiful, excellent value for money as opposed to other options. Besides, it was close enough to tube and train, the most beautiful parks in London, and 2 metro stations.

Everything was very comfortable, the continental breakfast was totally worth it. The rooms were extremely pleasant and brand-new, and the bathroom was nicely appointed with a walk-in shower. The staff was hard-working, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. The hotel was in a simply perfect location, minutes away from a mall and a market.

Booked the hotel for its magnificent and unbeatable location next to tube and train, and the Queensway tube station. For dinner, we went to Bel Canto Restaurant, it was very close to the venue.

The superior queen room is airy and has coffee/tea makers, a storage, and heating. The wall view from the window is magnificent. The location is in a great spot to get to Gatwick airport.

You got excellent value for money. The place was clean and we loved deluxe queen room. The venue was in a central location very close to Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland, Oxford Street, and shops and transport. It also was very close to concert in the park. The room was lovely big, and we had a great view of the wall. The very friendly staff at check-out provided all the necessary info.

Excellent value for money, everything met the criteria. The restaurant here was lovely for breakfast, we both ordered healthy dishes. An iron and an air conditioner were there too. The location was magnificent and incredible, nearby a subway station.

I had the deluxe double room with all needed, the breakfasts were varied. A good choice of food for breakfast, which was appetising to satisfy everyone. It was in the central location close to Metro.

All in all everything was very comfortable, had a very good stay for a business trip. I stayed in superior queen room on subsequent floors, and it was excellent value for money. I truly enjoyed the varied and above average breakfast served with jam. The location was ideal, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a Kensington palace.

The units were neat and functional with a bath. The location is great, close to restaurants and grocery stores. There's Pat's Cafe just a short walk away from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

Nothing too much trouble, do recommend this place. It's exceptionally comfortable and absolutely fabulous hotel with always pleasant personnel that was on shift. There is a nice restaurant for breakfast.

It was a decent place for our really comfortable stay. We had a superior double room with coffee/tea making machines and heating. The services were excellent, offered us very good free Wi-Fi. The restaurant was nice for breakfast, excellent value for money.

The location was stunning for London, right by the shops in a couple of minutes, Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. Westminster Borough district was worth exploring. My room was cheap & airy with a window which looked into darkness, a comfortable bed and good shower.
