We didn't have time and didn't try the continental breakfast. We really enjoyed the room, it was a nice size and had tea and coffee, a kettle, and a TV.

We didn't feel like leaving and would come there again. Perfect good budget hotel with good value, we had a nice stay. Continental breakfast was available. Enjoyed an electric kettle, central heating, and television in the room. The property was in the central setting in an excellent area.

Marvellous and absolutely perfect setting in the quiet area, close enough to 2 subway stations and the Hyde Park, Hyde park and Liverpool Street and good restaurants and township. Besides, easy to get to Saint Mary's Cathedral. The continental breakfast with marmalade and jam, as example, the pleasant employees.

This hotel was located in a central area just next door to Kensington Palace, oxford street and bus stop. Bayswater district was worth visiting.

Definitely want to stay in that area again if in the area. All you need for a couple of nights in London. The staff are very welcoming and polite, they keep the place clean. Excellent and good location, a tube station is very close to the hotel.

The hotel had a marvellous location very close to Queensway Tube. There was a hill and a park very close to the place.

Well, the area was quite poor overall.

The total stay was such great for a business trip. The hotel had a central location and it was near Flow. Moreover, it was adjacent to Hyde Park, tube station bayswater and buses.

Great place for travelling to London and exploring local places. Plenty of slices of fresh bread, toast, cereals, fruit and cheese at breakfast. Location next to Metro and 2 subway stations. Again, walking distance to Notting Hill. Easy check-out.

This hotel had a central position close to the metro station. Moreover, it's just next door to London, Kensington and Queensway.

I didn't want to leave and would return there. Sincerely, it was a great stay for a business trip.

All in all, it was great base for travelling to London. The location was peaceful, not too far from Notting Hill. Also, the area was lovely.

We usually stay at this low budget hotel and would stay here again. They have a continental breakfast. The location is central, near to the main transport routes for all the tourists sights, the centre of London and many restaurants in walking distance. It's minutes from Cocotte Notting Hill, where you can have lunch.

Overall it was a VERY ENJOYABLE stay for a business trip. Efficient and pleasant team, they made me feel welcome. The location was magnificent, not too far from Paddington. The train station was near the property.
