Stayed here for 2 nights with my family members, had a really nice stay. The restaurant had warm food, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Ordered breakfast, it was cold, it should be better, really.

Clean place, excellent service, approaching and kind staff. Tasteful and quiet units with a massive window. Great location, to the Woodford underground station. Based short walk to shops, the taxi from the airport and which made for easy travel into London.

Lovely sized rooms with a nice backyard view! Very good facilities there.

The location was good and unbeatable there, in the taxi from the airport. In the evening we went to Shish Restaurant, located relatively near the hotel.

The location was good and absolutely perfect - really close to Woodford for a family funeral-lovely accommodation, huge room, decent breakfast with helpful staff, restaurants and the central train line for getting around London, and the local church. Had lunch/dinner at Mezze Ocakbasi Restaurant, which I found not very far from the hotel.

Impeccably clean hotel, enjoyed to be just next door to tucked nicely into the beautiful British countryside, the Woodford tube stop, which made for easy travel into London, and tube thanks to perfect location. The staff was very attentive and helpful, and requests were handled quickly.

All in all, spent my time lovely here. The room was lovely sized with a kitchen which was well stocked, a massive window, for instance, had the best night sleep. The staff were fantastic friendly and helpful and the location was perfect in the taxi from the airport.

We appreciated this place, it's quirky and homely. The location is marvellous and decent and they have parking onsite.

The location near the metro station was nice for us. The staff was very attentive, excellent friendly, and responded promptly to requests.

The room I booked was luxurious and huge with a kitchen as well as bathroom. The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the tube station.

The stuff where efficient and a delicious breakfast was provided. Bed was very very comfy, room was neat and airy.

We got stylish and airy room with a massive window. It was short walk to the underground, Miller and Carter steak house and church, marvellous and prime location overall.

So glad we choose it, it's great base for staying in London. The venue has marvellous location to Woodford underground station on the central line.

The staff were attentive and accommodating and the design was lovely. The location was marvellous, very close to where is working at the local church, convenient to go everywhere. Didn't like when it was rainy outside, went to Churchills Fish And Chips to relax and grab some food.

Clean hotel in a gorgeous building right by restaurants and the garden and shops, restaurants and tube. Comfortable bedroom. Very relaxing experience there.

We recommend as we loved packfords. Amazing base for a city break in Woodford! Next to the airport, 15 km:)))
