The location was stunning and fantastic, the public spaces were perfectly clean and the staff was amicable. The beds were comfortable and the room was recently refurbished and compact.

The staff was super friendly and outstandingly accommodating with advice and suggestions. The location was particularly good and the rooms were compact. It was about 20 km from the airport.

The location was simple for traveling around London, close enough to a nice park, great restaurants and pubs and the railway station. The employees at the hotel were great and informative.

The bed in my room was noisy.

Make sure you stay in the guest room with air conditioning, functional toilet, for instance. There is plenty of good food for breakfast. The stuff are great, they keep the place fairly clean.

I've had cheap and neat room with very soft bed, several plugs, for example. This hotel had a central position near the tube station.

I had family room that also was complete with bathroom, a bed & an open wardrobe, for example. It was reasonably large and pleasant to come back to.

The hotel of choice in London. Impeccably CLEAN place, staff was excellent and amiable. Location close to a nice park, close to great restaurants and pubs as well as King Kross railway station. A huge variety of food options a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Location: the hotel was close to St Pancras, and London. Stayed in double room in a good condition which was perfect for me.

it was in a central location, close to underground. the place had a family atmosphere.

I was upgraded to exceptional king room with shared toilet facilities. I could use central heating and a multi-channel TV. I liked staying at this hotel and would stay here again.

do recommend to stay here. got the same standard twin room booked online, appreciated that. the hotel was conveniently placed. in the evening we visited mcglynn's free house it was nearby.
