Newly decorated, neat room with a communal bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Ideal and clean hotel. Modern, spotless unit with a good shower, an electric kettle and coffee. Set minutes from an underground station.

You guys made my stay enjoyable. Location in the centre of the city was a plus. I tried some drinks at gastropub Mercat Bar, located 10 minutes walk away.

The hotel was in an excellent location near Buckingham Palace and Big Ben as well as Victoria Station, the shops bus stops and tube station, and a nice, safe area of London. Besides, Saint Anne's Well was 4 km away from the venue.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

The units are cheap, a nice size with single bed, bathroom, as example. The staff is fantastic friendly and amicable, makes sure that the place is exceptionally clean.

Perfect and exceptionally nice position in the centar. Right by Buckingham Palace and Victoria station and the center.

Everything was nice here. We have spent 1 day in standard twin room with TV, single bed plus a good shower. The venue had affable and excellent staff who made the stay good. It was in the centre of London, and an easy walk to St Saviour. The hotel was in a very nice area, adjacent to train station and the Victoria Palace Theatre.

Great service, tidy and absolutely fabulous room complete with bathroom and single bed plus an electric kettle. Very central location, within easy walking distance of St Stephen's Church. Obliging, really kind people working here.

The positives include good location and parking on site. This hotel is next to a bus stop.

We truly enjoyed the hotel, it was perfect little and newly decorated and had perfect location short walk to underground tube and stations. The room we had included central heating, an iron, and a work desk. The staff was accommodating, pleasant all the time. Our experience here was comfortable.

This hotel was located in a very central area next to the train station and the theatres, and major attractions and sightseeing spots-a quiet residential area. Spent our evenings in nearby The Cask Pub & Kitchen, especially when it was hot outside.

This is a hotel go-to for London! Newly decorated and overall clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is nice. The staff is amicable, outstandingly accommodating. The room is tastefully decorated, comes with toiletries and fantastic condition plus a double bed. There is a metro station 10 minutes walk from the venue.

The venue was perfect little, I enjoyed the stay and the location was incredible just next door to a bus stop of one of those sightseeing hop-on-hop-off buses, restaurants close by, and London Victoria Station. Overall the service was great!

The location of the hotel in London is marvellous, next to Chinatown or Hyde Park, Pimlico which is great for getting to major attractions and sightseeing spots-a quiet residential area and bus station, train station and shopping malls. You can relax at The Cask Pub & Kitchen, located nearby.

I have stayed in the deluxe quadruple room with a good shower. It's spacious as was rest of hotel.

All of the staff was incredibly nice and exceptional. Loved the room with a good shower, my bed was very comfy. Coffee/tea making equipment, a flat-screen television and a writing table were a very nice touch. The great service and the attention to detail;))
