The rooms with shared bathroom.

No elevator at all.

I've had modern and spotless room with single bed, coffee facilities plus shared bathroom.

We had an updated bedroom. It was neat, bath clean. The staff were very polite lot of time.

We stayed in suite with free wi-fi, everything was perfect.

The room we had included coffee/tea making equipment, flat-screen TV, and a writing table. Pleasant staff, suggested places to visit.

They serve sensational breakfasts for all tastes with pleasant chef who was polite.

Clean cheap hotel with welcoming and polite staff. Marvellous and excellent location just a short walk away from Madame Tussauds London. Couple of cafes and pubs nearby.

Beds were dirty.

Particularly good and perfect setting in the very very nice area, close to Oxford Street, underground station, Edgware tube, good proximity to food outlets and other shopping in Edgware Road, and public transport circle line. The superfriendly staff all round.

I liked particularly good location and how the place is clean. The staff were super friendly every time I needed help.

We really enjoyed the hotel, it was beautifully kept and comfy and had particularly good location near to the tube and shops, Hyde Park and Tube station and tube station/ transport.

Extremely comfy beds, tea/coffee making equipment, a work desk, and a TV in the room. In a central location with pubs and restaurants near the hotel. Nearby Edg Bar & Lounge - great place to chill out.

Clean and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. In a great and magnificent location very close to pubs and a casino. 20 km away from London City airport.

Everything is perfect here, had a really great stay for the price. The location is central. It's next to a bus station, just what we needed.

Stayed for 4 days and didn't feel like leaving, I would book here again. It was a quiet and absolutely fabulous hotel in a nice area, close to public transport and two different tube stations. The location was marvellous and magnificent, within easy walking distance of Madame Tussauds London.

I really enjoyed this top quality hotel, reasonable prices. Every staff member was incredibly nice and superfriendly. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.

We really enjoyed this place, it's quiet and fabulous. The rooms are neat and silent, with coffee, TV plus a single bed added provided. The location is marvellous and excellent, 1 km from Sherlock Holmes Museum.

The bathrooms are very dated.

Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Madame Tussauds London. Walking distance to shopping streets and a supermarket across the street.

The location was particularly good to good transport links, close to an underground station.

The location was good and a subway station was close to the hotel. All members of the staff were super-friendly.

Great location close to London for 50 years as well as Hyde Park and Tube station, I felt safe. It also was easy to get to good transport links.

Good little hotel in a magnificent position helpful in telling us which trains were best to use. Updated room, clean bathroom. Great choice for weekend.

Quiet and absolutely fabulous accommodation with magnificent setting just next door to central london, two different tube stations, a couple of coffee shops, and a couple of pubs and buses, underground, train station, near main road with stores.

All the staff were POLITE, welcoming. My room included coffee/tea making equipment, flat-screen TV and a writing table.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in London. The room with bathroom. The location in a very nice area was great and excellent and there were shopping streets and supermarkets nearby. Plenty of options nearby, I visited pubs and casinos very close to the hotel.

Central location was a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed that it was next to a bus station.

Units with the window open. Unbeatable location, not very far from Baker Street. Very close to restaurants and pubs. Really had excellent stay for the price.

Extremely unfriendly staff!

Enjoyed the place, had an excellent stay for these holidays. I had an exceptionally comfortable bed, and tea/coffee making equipment, a work desk and a TV. The location was decent and easy, for example, Paddington was within walking distance of the hotel. And I was near restaurants and pubs.

The room felt extremely small and the bathroom was really small.

Decent location for visiting restaurants and pubs very close to the hotel. Just 10 minutes on foot to London Paddington underground, was a big plus.

The room was updated and with extremely comfy beds.

The venue's position was central. A few times I ate at Fatoush, located not too far from the hotel;))

we stayed in the deluxe quadruple room and loved it. the long water is adjacent to the hotel. it offers good prices.
