Fairly clean accommodation, courteous and polite staff on the reception desk. A huge variety of food for a continental breakfast. In a very central location with cafes and bars close to the hotel. 15 minutes walk from Edinburgh Castle.

It was spotlessly clean, the staff was service-oriented, plus the service was very good. My room was great value for money and well-equipped with a nice view, had safe for safety measures.

It was perfectly clean with professional staff on the reception desk. The location was best possible and strategic in the very nice area. A subway station was set close to the hotel.

Fairly clean hotel, very good team members at reception desk. Quiet room with a clean bathroom and a storage, thoughtful tea making facilities, and a hair dryer. Stunning lovely location, very close to underground. Short walk to shops, supermarket, train station, Earls Court tube station and a Marks & Spencer store around the corner, and restaurants and shops and tube station.

Nicely updated, pleasantly decorated unit with coffee, the basics, for example. Modern interior design.

Breakfast really poor.

The location was good, in the Kensington district and minutes from a subway station. There were a storage space, a kettle, and a writing table in the room, greatly enjoyed that.

Last time we stopped we had a pleasantly decorated, new-fashioned room with four twin beds. It had good and perfect location for our needs.

Too small bathroom, and the breakfast was really poor.

The location was incredible for my needs. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and modest on the lower level accessed by a lift, enjoyed it.

Got tastefully decorated, air conditioned room with fresh linens daily and fan plus complimentary tea. The hotel had a strategic location, close to a subway station.

The room is great value with great views of the garden. There is a huge variety of supplies like : a storage, a TV, and coffee. It has secure, absolutely fabulous setting, just off the Earls Court tube stop.

The location of the venue is great and lovely, close to an exhibition at Earl's Court, the stadium and several shops / restaurants. Airy, big room complete with a "nice " view and tables for the breakfast.

Nicely appointed and well-maintained accommodation with handy setting right by a convenient tube station and the Piccadilly, district and circle lines and comfy beds. Delicious breakfast and good food selection.

The setting is handy and tranquil, near to the hotel, grocery, chemist, banks with cash maschines, pubs, china restaurant, McDonalds, Burger King, located in a quiet street, and the train station and Earl's Court road. Kensington district certainly deserves to be visited.

Marvellous and lovely location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. We stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the room, which was surprisingly spacious and modest. The continental breakfast was the best part of our wonderful stay.

Overall had comfortable stay for 3 nights. Truly enjoyed the room, it was quiet with the shower directly over the toilet.

The room turned out to be functional and practical with twin beds and the continental breakfast was served. The location was great, relatively close to Brompton Cemetery.

I had the continental breakfast at 9.25. The hotel was located in a particularly good place, minutes from a tube station. Also, it was within 30 minutes walking distance from Victoria and Albert Museum.

It was a quaint, reasonably priced hotel with consistently courteous staff. The setting was marvellous and easy for overnight stay.

Weird area.

Its double room was budget with 3 single beds for 3 adults, bathroom, for instance. Coffee/tea makers and a fridge were provided. The location in a fairly quiet area was incredible and handy and there were shops and supermarkets nearby

the location was stunning and decent in place with a rubber band, you may take train on london west brompton train station within 5 minutes walk from here.

The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a fairly nice area, right by the tube station, trains and central london and heathrow airport. The room was beautiful and heated in general, on the upper floors. The staff was pleasant & polite.

The employees were responsive and kept it all fairly clean. I did not want to leave and would definitely go back.

This hip new hotel is equal to 3 stars. The rooms are new-fashioned with lovely bathroom, so that guests have essentials. The location is marvellous, the check in is easy. It's in a very comfortable building in the very nice area.

Unbeatable and decent location, it was right next to a tube station. The employees were pleasant and welcoming.

They gave me new-fashioned room with an extra bed and a fan plus garden. An electric kettle and refrigerators were a big plus. The location was incredible, you can visit Troubadour by walking.

We loved service and location here. Great services were available. Having easy access to hyde park and being in front of tardis police box. Just a walk down to Byron, where you can have lunch.
