Pleasant and beautiful place with superfriendly staff on shift. Had king room with a roll top bath, a comfortable bed, as for instance.

Had great breakfasts with the chef.

Double room on the 3rd floor-immaculate was the best. Marvellous location close to the railway station, all was modern. Again, it was relatively near landscaped gardens.

Overall it was well-equipped, with a separate bathroom. Perfect and comfortable location close to metro Richmond station was a plus. The staff were very amiable, offered very good services.

Beautiful place with amicable employees on shift. Magnificent, incredible location near to the homely pub which has also good food and plenty of good beers to choose from, the train station and near Heathrow and Kew garden, and Twickenham Stadium. Besides, very convenient to Richmond Lock and Weir Bridge.

Savoury and incredible breakfast selection with muesli. Absolutely perfect location in Richmond Town district near London and Twickenham as well as a wonderful London pub.

The hotel was pleasant and stunningly beautiful, I recommend it to all. The location was incredible, at a short distance from a historic fortress. The service was good, I had 1 very enjoyable nights here. It was nice that wake up calls and ironing were for free too.

The really nice onsite restaurant had variety of food.

There were an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioning in the room, appreciated that. Our breakfast was savoury and tasty with muesli.

This lovely and charming hotel had very central setting ideally situated opposite the Train Station.

The deluxe queen room I got was included with a fabulous location right near the centre of Richmond upon Thames and all the facilities plus roll top bath. The venue was in a very central location so close to train and hight and Kew gardens and the Thames as well as Twickenham Stadium.

The hotel has great location not far from Richmond on a Bank Holiday Sunday with rugby on, Twickenham along the thames from here, and England. Also, a home stadium was 4 km away. The rooms were luxurious and modern, the breakfast was savoury.

The place was fairly clean and delightful, it had extremely great staff on shift. The location was stunning and unique - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The accommodation had a very central location ideally situated opposite the Train Station.

Some of the staff were poor.

Great facilities in general, great and perfect location in the centre of Richmond. Based really close to the Thames river as well as nearby cafés which cost an additional £24 for 2 meals.

Nothing to complain about, overall it’s enchanting place with exceptionally kind staff on shift. The setting is excellent and amazing, not far from Hampton Court, the centre close to shops, bars and restaurant and the NCP car park and train station.

It was a friendly and absolutely charming hotel, nothing too much trouble, 100% recommend. We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, though everything was brand-new. The location was super, near to Richmond Theatre, shops and food venues and the restaurant downstairs. Moreover, it was just a short walk away from Trumpeter's House. The service was excellent, totally satisfied.

The room was huge and new-fashioned in general, with a big suitcase.

This hotel was pretty and I would come here again. The place was delightful and had very good staff on shift, really enjoyed the stay. Its location was brilliant, short walk to the restaurant instead of the bar area, rail/underground/buses and the Thames river. Also, it was not far from Heron Square. There was a wide array of lovely meals.

The breakfast was tasty, the check in was easy. Stayed in double room, it was recently refurbished and with nice design.

I had impressive and stunning room with amazing roll top bath, a very comfortable bed, sky TV. The location was unbeatable, close to Duke Street Church. It was a lovely area, a lovely base for me. Having different complimentary drinks in the English bar was a very nice touch.

The nearby restaurant, Sun Inn, was as close as 200 feet from the hotel. Rooms were huge. Location near richmond.
