Because of a problem with guest room we were upgraded and had a high-class room.

Everything there were fine, including good facilities. Convenient location in Westminster Borough district really close to a good area to get around London. A nice size room for relaxing.

Well presented and beautifully decorated hotel in a very nice area so close to Paddington tube/train station and the national rail line.

The setting was lovely, close enough to Paddington tube, whole London and quiet area near restaurants and underground. I booked good quality and brand-new room with tea/coffee tray, grown-up children, as example.

It was a particularly good and incredible location not far from the Heathrow Express Paddington station.

Ordered breakfast, it was fairly basic, it should be better, really.

My twin room was functional with private bathroom. I interacted with the very, very nice staff.

We spent 3 nights in spotless and compact triple room with good size bathroom. An air conditioner and coffee were appreciated.

The rooms were brand-new and compact here with coffee, tea and coffee making facilities, as for instance. I had fab food for breakfast for our taste. The best thing was how responsive and professional the staff were.

Triple room with ac accommodated us perfectly. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect for London, right by the Underground and the Heathrow Express Paddington station and 3 different metro lines and the national rail line. Had very central location close to tube station. Moreover, it was near Close to Hyde Park, and zone 1 London. The room was new-fashioned and well-appointed with dressing table mirror & full length mirror, just what we needed.

Fairly clean hotel, facilities are clean, and the location is great and unbeatable close to main market which is Oxford street. Everything is brand-new, the room is neat with coffee and the window open & the heating off.

Its location in London was good, close enough to Paddington station, which has connections both to metro, trains and the express train to Heathrow, local shops, stations, bus stops and a good area to get around London.

That was beautifully designed hotel set in very nice area, so close to the Hyde Park and underground. The staff were superfriendly and extremely polite and knew how to help. The location was fantastic, and we could reach Norfolk Square Gardens by walking.

Great place to stay for a trip to London. Units for my requirements. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating and a flat screen TV. Accommodating and amicable staff, magnificent location really close to restaurants and underground, Hyde Park and Paddington station. Besides, easy to get to a wildlife sanctuary.

Our rooms were newly remodelled and kept very clean. Location: the hotel was just off the restaurants and shops of Paddington, and trains. Plus it was 5 mins drive from The Long Water.

It's beautifully decorated place to stay 3 km away from Bt Tower. The staff are pleasant and attentive, managed the parking outside. The hotel serves a continental breakfast. Besides, it offers fast wifi to guests.

We appreciated this stay. We stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was MODEST, with marvellous and peaceful location just off the resturant, and Paddington.

We spent 1 night in double room. What's more, they have Wi Fi.

All in all, I spend my time comfortably. Thoroughly enjoyed that there was Mcdonald's with short-orders right next to the venue, super convenient.

We enjoyed staff and location. The hotel's setting was near to such tourist attractions as harrods. You can also visit Ask Italian that offers excellent meals. Honestly nothing bothered us.
