Nicely appointed bathroom, stylish, top-class room. Very clean beds and a mini bar fridge, air conditioner, and a personal safe. Practical setting, especially helpful personnel from the manager Alan.

We didn't have time, so we also would definitely go again. The hotel was fairly clean and had really helpful staff from the manager Alan. Perfect location, London City airport was 20 km away.

The room I got was tastefully decorated and high standard with tea and comfortable seating. The food in the garden was outstanding.

Marvellous location of the hotel owing to refurbishment. Plus, 15 minutes drive from a Protestant abbey. Tiny bedroom. Perfect customer service, including delicious and satisfactory breakfasts with a certain amount.

The hotel was stylish in general, had incredibly nice staff from the manager Alan. It was in an amazing and particularly good location extremely close to Saint Mary's Cathedral. The airport was 20 km away. We got luxury room and appreciated it.

Fairly clean hotel, especially helpful and amazingly attentive employees from the manager Alan. Tastefully decorated rooms with TV, super comfy beds, for example. Prime and best possible location, within short walking distance of everywhere.

The room was extremely pleasant and well-designed with a super bed and a shower, a hairdryer, and bath robes in the bathroom. The hotel was in a lovely and particularly good location, very near the South Kensington underground stop. Further, it was adjacent to public transport allowing a door to door trip of less than 30 minutes for concerts, the nearest tube station and the pretty garden and a lovely breakfast.

This hotel met the purpose in every way, totally recommend. So glad we chose it, spent 2 great days here. The garden had a good choice of fab meals for breakfast. Our luxury room was complete with the bathroom, TV, as for instance. The staff were ready to help, that was nice.

Overall a very good stay for my special birthday weekend. Informal bar, tastefully decorated and en suite room with coffee and the bathroom plus the client's attention.

Great place to stay, it was fairly clean and tasteful. The staff were ready to help, everything was very good. The location was stunning close to the station, a minute walk from Victoria and Albert Museum. What's more, it was very close to central London, library, and Chelsea. The informal bar was pleasant and the staff were consistently courteous and knowledgeable.

Overall very good stay at christmas time. Brand-new hotel in a quiet area right by peaceful area as well as the orangery where breakfast and afternoon teas are served. Savoury food and relaxing drinks. Prime location to Jo Loves Perfume Store.

The property was homely with efficient staff from the manager Alan, I loved the stay. The prime and picturesque location was next to Cine Lumiere Cinema. By the way, a garden and a park were adjacent to the place. Having different alcoholic drinks in the outdoor bar was a very nice touch.

A metro station was close to the entrance. Hotel was located in the heart of London. We had a perfect stay here...
