Perfectly nice place, outstandingly accommodating staff that had worked the night shift. Good location close to the tube, excellent restaurants in the local area.

I stayed in the room that was modern style having been refurbished recently and available with a safe, comfy bed plus a coffee machine. The location of the hotel was amazing, the staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating people that had worked the night shift. Also, Saint Mary's Cathedral was around the corner.

Overall clean property with accommodating and super friendly staff that had worked the night shift. A good choice of toast, cereals, yoghourt, and fruit at breakfast.

The location turned out to be marvellous, just off Paddington Station and Hyde Park, and Super close to the tube and Hyde Park. Plus, Albert Square was relatively near the venue. Greatly enjoyed the king room we had. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom - luxury.

The location was marvellous, for example, two galleries was not too far from the hotel. A tube station was close to the place. Our room was a decent size and complete with beautiful windows, modern facilities plus tea.

The location was comfortable, very close to Lancaster Gate Tube station and the interior design was modern. And we were near tube stations, Close to public transport, and Kensington and Buckingham Palace.

It was in the central location near by train station when you come from airport. I loved having toast, cereals, yoghourt, and fruit in the morning. The staff was exceptionally nice, perfectly pleasant all the time.

It offers good rates. It is a great place to stay for stopover. The hotel's staff was friendly! Stopped by raffles cafe restaurant to get some coffee and treats, it's a couple of blocks away the venue, recommend.

Short drive to hyde park. Good location, you can walk everywhere. For dinner we chose Taormina, that was 600 feet from the hotel

The staff was helpful and took care of us. For dinner we visited La Fiamma, set only 500 ft away. Great location, reasonable prices.
