Novotel London Brentford

The place was perfectly clean and beautifuly designed, had friendly professional staff at the reception desk. The hotel was in a quiet location close to a park and a hill. It was located in a very very nice area.

The bed was a little hard, that's my bad luck.

The breakfast was reasonably good and delicious on a B & B basis, with a lot of reasonably priced options.

Amazingly nice people working here, exceptionally comfortable place. A great selection of nice options for meal. Central position directly next to sleeping area with glorious views.

The venue is quaint and great value with hard-working staff. Make sure to get superior room with shower, hair dryer, for instance.

It was located close to a bus station, it was very convenient. I was offered a generous and varied breakfast on a B & B basis.

The setting was good and perfect, really close to the airport, Kew Gardens, Richmond Park and South Ealing station and South Ealing tube station. Easily reached The Guru Tandoori, located not too far from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. I thoroughly enjoyed having delicious and perfect breakfast on a B & B basis.

It was fairly clean, staff was very flexible and really excellent. The location was great and decent, near the train station, Close to Heatrow airport, and city centre, in a very relaxing area.

Facilities were ultra modern, though Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Everything was excellent, we had perfect 1 day here. The breakfast we had was varied and generous. Amazing and fab location, hospitable staff on board by the manager who apologised. Moreover, it was short walk to the airport, Kew Gardens, Richmond Park and South Ealing station, the center and South Ealing tube station on the Piccadilly line.

The location is comfortable and easy and they have parking on site. The Guru Tandoori, where you can eat, is relatively near from here.

Its easy, central location was a plus. We ate at a very nice restaurant with lovely breakfast.

Had very nice stay by after sales service, the staff were attentive, location was stunning on everything that was asked of them. We appreciated the Turkish cuisine in the restaurant.

Stylish place, it was clean and had supper friendly staff from a great customer service and experience from the hotel staff. It had good and unbeatable location, near to Kew and Richmond, tram and walk and underground. Also, we were around 10-15 minutes walk from a music museum.

The hotel was in a good and absolutely perfect position near to the rather good cafe down the road, different parks and restaurants and South Ealing tube then 65 bus. It was not too far from Codfather Fish and Chips, serving fast food.

Unbeatable, magnificent location to Brentford stadium. Near Twickenham and central london and London.

It was easy to get wheelchair accessible room with a nespresso machine, 2 sofa beds, for instance and that's great.

There were an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar and an individual safe in my double room. The restaurant had a wide array of outstanding meals for breakfast.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, close to South Ealing tube station, the hotel overlooked street. The room was fashionable and airy, had essentials, like a roll-in shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets. The staff was approachable, provided an early check-in and an efficient check-out.

The rooms were airy and wonderful, especially those with a bath as well as iron.

Well, the area was uncomfortable overall.

The venue is fairly large and immaculately clean with an excellent value and amicable and attentive staff. The best thing is location - not far from restaurant and Wembley. You can relax at The Brook, located nearby.

I enjoyed it. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay for 2 nights. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was fabulous to satisfy everyone. Efficient staff and the location was brilliant. Besides, the area was calm, next to Carville Hall Park;))

Location was perfect and the staff was helpful. Some of popular places such as Kew Palace were near this venue:)))
