The room I got was modern with tea making facilities, the bathroom, as example. The staff were pleasant and a tasty and plentiful breakfast was provided.

Must say thank you very much, would love to return. The venue is high-class and good quality, its location is perfect, near to Indian restaurants and Borough Market which has an amazing array of restaurants. The superior premium queen room is newly renovated and has a mini refrigerator, coffee, and an iron.

I had the superior room which was good sized with a nice view.

The location in a fairly nice area was great and fab. Overall it was big and modest, with a private bathroom.

The breakfast we ordered was extremely expensive, it could definitely be improved.

Stayed for 1 night in this well-run and well-kept place, appreciated that. The provided breakfast was savoury and warm with tomatoes and hot options, for instance. The whole experience was perfectly pleasant, no complaints whatsoever, couldn't recommend more.

Fabulously helpful staff, stunning views of St Paul's Cathedral, everything is very good. We stay in superior premium queen room quite often, it is beautifully maintained and brand-new.

I had soundproof and upgraded superior premium queen room. The hotel had a great and fab position, close to the underground. Besides, it was around 5 mins walk to a modern art gallery.

The bed in my room was bad.

It is top-class venue in an ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE location near the Borough market, the services it offers are exceptional. The staff are thoughtful and decent and deserve a 4-star rating.

The hotel was very clean and large. Southwark district is worth seeing. The property served a continental breakfast, and we enjoyed it. The executive queen room we where given had satellite television, a laptop-size safe and an ironing set. Had a GREAT time.

staff was all so helpful. london is worth trip, london bridge subway station is 20 minutes walk for better exploring. we appreciated it. in love with novotel london bridge.

Location near to London Bridge. The hotel was set a few steps away from westminster. Free Wi-Fi was useful.
