Comfortable bed in superior queen room with a mini-bar, a kettle, and a balcony. Magnificent and incredible location with a subway station close to the hotel.

Extensive breakfasts with good food.

All is brand-new, I had a nice new year. It's recently decorated with good size bathrooms. The location is incredible - very close to a subway station.

Staff were excellent friendly and breakfast was hot. Efficient service was provided here. Wifi worked well throughout the property, even so I had to pay gbp 8 per 24 hours. The location was good - close enough to a trendy restaurant, train station and the promenade along the Thames. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

The venue was vibrant and perfect, I liked the location just next door to London Eye and Southbank, rail line and jubilee and Southwark tube station, and city views. The location was great and lovely close to 2 underground stations which made getting around for sightseeing very easy. Also, a large museum was 2 km away from the hotel. The attached restaurant for breakfast was the best part.

I asked for executive queen room and it was comfortable quiet with a view.

I was there for 5 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast. It was in a contemporary building with magnificent view.

The hotel was top-class and in a central location near to train station and restaurants. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

We had a spacious bedroom.

The restaurant was really nice for dinner here, I had EXCELLENT dishes. The beds were really nice and all in all it was top-notch.

Enjoyed the place, had a really nice stay for a business trip. All in all everything was brand-new, yet we had dirty bathroom. The stuff where exceptional and incredible, doing great job. The location was great, a 10-15 minute walk from Waterloo. Moreover, the area was very comfortable. It was actually situated very close to a subway station.

I truly enjoyed sleeping 3 nights in this hotel. The place was convenient, with its absolutely charming staff at the reception desk.

Where was fresh juice?.

Ideal place with pleasant staff and fabulous views. Spacious bedroom. A wide array of fresh options for meal.

Incredible and handy location: a tube station close to the hotel.

Last time we stopped we had a nicely furnished, comfortable modern room with very comfortable beds.

The units are contemporary, decent sized. It has a combination of an incredible service and a special ambience.

We had a reasonable breakfast with prosecco and pancakes, for instance included. It was in the very central location, had exceptional staff at the reception desk. Also, the property was very close to a tube station.

The location was particularly good, for example, a tube station was close to the venue. It was in a relaxing area with a good choice of coffee shops and restaurants. Greatly enjoyed my superior queen room.

My room had not so great view.

Superior queen room I stayed at was well-appointed with a view. The location was absolutely perfect there, to the closest tube station.

We really enjoyed the very central location and how clean the place was kept. The extremely polite and really polite staff provided all the necessary info. The attached restaurant was really great and offered fabulous meals.

Very close to a subway station, the location was marvellous and lovely. This hotel was located in an excellent area. Enjoyed a sofa sleeper, a safe, and a bathroom area in the room.

Views were not so great.

Whole place was fairly clean with fabulous views; marvellous location near to underground. Large and recently decorated room, beautiful bathroom with a bathtub. Incredible personnel at the reception desk. Freshly made and decent food for breakfast.

Extremely convenient and truly exceptional accommodation with well-mannered staff at the reception desk. Good setting, next to Easy to walk to main attractions such as the London Eye, both Waterloo East train station and Charing Cross and bars and restaurants.

The above average and extensive breakfast had a wide array of meals and the food I tasted was great. Very good service, even though a few employees were a little inexperienced.

Outstanding meal and exceptional service. Recently decorated superior queen room with the balcony. Particularly good and ideal location close to the nice restaurants on the river and easy access to supermarkets and shops.

The double room was practical with the balcony, a good view to the North of the Thames and a birthday card and the location was marvellous.

The hotel staff was a little slow.

Warm and reasonable breakfast, a wide array of options available. Stylish & reasonably large unit with a good view to the North of the Thames, a queen size bed, for instance.

Our location was good next is Southwark station on Jubilee Line. Great-sized and top-notch units with a great view as well as clean fresh bathroom, and the staff were fantastic friendly.

Location was great and lovely, atmosphere - special! Very impressed with the absolutely fabulous view from our double room. Exceptional and incredible staff, reasonably good breakfast with a wide range of food. Amazing service during our really nice stay. The pool was good and they provided a hot tub and a whirlpool.

The restaurant was very welcoming for dinner, we ordered warm dishes. The hotel was located in a marvellous place, close to an underground station.

Overall it was a pleasant stay for three nights. We liked executive queen room provided with the railway lines entering Waterloo station were like looking down on a full-size train set and left balloons.

The location close to a tube station was amazing, most places in London were within reach. It was set in a fabulous area. The restaurant here was very clean at ground floor, we both ordered hot dishes. The view was great.

Perfect and fairly clean place to stay in, it has exceptional and incredible staff at the reception desk. It has marvellous and lovely location to see a modern art gallery. The area is business close to Trafalgar Square by bus that means. Stay here and enjoy your London new year.

Hot breakfast with many options, with outstanding food.

Everything was excellent, had an excellent stay for business trip. The location was awesome and incredible, close to a tube station. Southwark district was worth exploring.

It is reasonably priced. The venue is ideal, fairly clean and the location is marvellous and lovely adjacent to 2 tube lines as well as palace. The staff are incredible and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The ambiance is special.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the London Eye and Westminster, the tube station and the restaurant. I appreciated the superior queen room.

Accommodating room with sofa bed, the window was broke and excellent facilities, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

I had the executive queen room with all needed, the breakfasts were adequate. The bonus was standard room decor and modern bar.

Everything was amazing, stunning location right by transport, restaurants, and attractions and transport, wonderful experience. It also was near the Thames. Fairly clean hotel and practical superior queen room, which was amazing for me. The bathroom was amazing with a roll in shower, a hairdryer and a rainfall shower.

The rooms are immaculate and accommodating, with the bedroom provided.

great base for a 2-night stay. 20 mins walk to the center. in the evening we visited thai silk southwark, set next to the hotel.
