The staff was pretty friendly and extremely polite, provided me with a newly decorated deluxe double room.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the junior suite, plus an electric kettle, a writing table, and an iron. Stunning, great location short walk to other attractions, a quiet wee square and public areas.

More than adequate and extensive breakfast with a good choice of options, 1st class and perfectly clean place. Very pleasant building, magnificent and absolutely perfect location close enough to other shops as well as London city centre.

The room we had was neat and airy and complete with good toiletries, big bath and the bedroom. The food was delicious and the location was incredible.

Quick check-in, great-sized rooms in level 11. Hot and large breakfast with many options, with outstanding food. Great and lovely location, a walking distance from Courtfield Gardens West.

Loved our time here. It was a very good stay on a business trip. The staff were very amiable, we had a very early check in and a late check-out. The breakfast was more than adequate and extensive with fresh made omelettes, reasonably priced. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.

I booked a superior king room with an electric kettle, extra easy chairs, and a hair dryer. All of the staff were caring, exceptionally attentive. The location was perfect and incredible, just a short stroll away from a grand townhouse.

The food provided was fine. I ate at a large restaurant hugely impressed with the food. The location was marvellous and I could use private parking nearby.

Its English breakfast is a must, with lots of good meals.

The location was marvellous - just off both restaurant, Oxford street shops, Regent's Park and Baker Street and a tube station, bus routes and good amount of shopping. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Westminster Borough district. Had an excellent experience staying at the superior king room. Plus it had amazing view over street.

Make sure you stay in the superior king room with carpet. The place has good location right next to the Underground.

The room was good-sized with a private terrace, besides it had wake-up service, just in case.

I tried some drinks at bar & pub|bar and pub The Churchill Bar & Terrace, located 10 minutes walk away.

The location was marvellous and perfect, close to the shopping centre, in the peaceful area. Didn't like when it was really hot outside, went to Hankies Marble Arch to relax and grab some food.

The location of the hotel was central, next to covent garden, the major shopping centres in London, and good amount of shopping. Westminster Borough district was worth exploring.

Our deluxe twin room was top-class and recently refurbished, had city view. The location was great and decent because it was near Oxford Street and Marble Arch metro station, the Central Line and many shops and restaurants on Oxford Street.

Had brand-new, high-class room with the welcome champagne, the other services, for example. The hotel had a good position, in a prestigious area near to all attractions.

The staff was pretty friendly, offered concierge service and wake up service free of charge. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from Marble Arch. And it was also just next door to different tourist attractions, shops and restaurants, all shops, 24/7 supermarkets and convenience stores, and AT THE TO CUMMINS FACTORY AT KENT.

Updated & neat unit with bathroom, the other services, a good selection of hot. Brilliant and stunning location near John Lennon.

Every detail was nice and I loved it. The place was reasonably priced. The room was airy and updated with free WiFi, Nespresso coffee machine, strawberries for a very very good stay on a business trip. The breakfast was generous and above average, the check in was very early. The location was incredible and decent, the staff were knowledgeable. Apart from that, a Hyde park was 5 minutes' drive away. My food was delightful!
