The staff were courteous people. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I really enjoyed big and practical room.

Great-sized and normal double room, a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the room.

The stuffs where fantastic friendly & cooperative. The room itself was well-maintained and extremely pleasant here with nice lighting, aged cabinets, as for instance.

The location of the hotel was very central, adjacent to the city center, museums, Knightsbridge and parks and great restaurants and shops. The rooms were silent and soundproof, had shower facilities, a hairdryer, and toiletries in the bathroom.

Everything was incredible, met requirements, and the staff were genuinely helpful people at the night shift. The garden restaurant was simple with a lot of meals in the menu.

It was as expected, had a fairly nice stay on this visit. The location of the hotel was marvellous, near the Earls Court underground station. Besides, we were very close to super easy tube from Heathrow, museums and South Kensington and the center.

Their rooms are always well-appointed and contemporary with a great shower and extra WC plus ironing board.

The staff are all excellent and can show you hotel's good garden restaurant. The rooms are well-maintained with pleasant views of the leafy garden. Nice hot and delicious breakfast that includes bread and fruit.

There was a good-sized and normal double room with kingsize bed. The breakfast food was fabulous, different choices to eat like breads and fruit. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, very close to Earl's Court station, convenient to go everywhere.

The place was relaxing and stylish and the staff were competent, the location was wonderful very close to Earls Court underground station. Greatly enjoyed bread and fruit at breakfast. The rooms they have were great-sized and nicely furnished with internet and refrigerator plus the garden.

Overall wonderful stay on this visit. A lot of fresh bread and fruit at breakfast.

The hotel was located short walk to major attractions, and Hyde Park and the Museum of Natural Life and the Harwoods. The location seemed magnificent and unbeatable to the Olymopia exhibition centre.

The weather was unusually nice, had excellent stay as last summer's visit. Spotless and practical room, besides I had an exceptionally good view of the garden. The bed was extremely comfy and there were an electric kettle and glassware.

Nice and enthusiastic staff at the night shift, everything is great. I'm glad that getting wheelchair accessible room with aged cabinets, basic amenities such as an iron, huge bed was not a problem.

The location was great and lovely as it was near a subway station. There was a pleasant restaurant relatively near the hotel. The room was practical, with a comfy bed, had free Wi-Fi, nice and enthusiastic staff. My breakfast was reasonably good and delicious.

Location - amazing, just off Earl's Court tube station, retail and restaurants and public areas. A wide array of food options at a short distance from the venue.

The venue is well-kept, reasonably clean and the location is nice and perfect close to Kensington or nearby, the train station, and Earl's Court subway. All the staff is professional and is engaged to make your stay very good. The breakfast variety is sumptuous and nice hot with freshly baked bread and toast, for instance, very good service.

I liked the breakfast: coffee, bread, and fruit were all fab. The room was normal double, brand-new and included a hair dryer and an iron.

Had a real good time. The room was a nice size, it included coffee-making facilities, a safe, and an iron. Everyone was responsive and especially helpful. The hotel had a central setting also close to metro station. Cafeteria Maroush Bakehouse located 4 km away was a nice surprise.

They provide fresh bread and fruit, that is outstanding.

That was excellent quality hotel set in busy area, near restauarants, bars and cafes, the big museum area and nearby. The location was good and fab - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. We ate at the garden restaurant near the property.

Exceptionally good view of the garden from the window. Quick check-in, parking nearby. Not to mention very good wifi!

Marvellous location, it's found near an underground station. For tea and goodies visit Addie's Thai Cafe, located close by.

Loved London, the hotel was stylish close to everything. The location was central, next to major airports, tube, South Kensington. I often went to Star Kebab House to pick up some food.

Would stay again in this nice enough area. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a mini bar, central heating and an iron in the room;))

Perfect food for delicious and gorgeous breakfast. Soundproof, huge rooms complete with cameras to charge, a big bed, as for instance.

It was a pet-friendly hotel that covered all our needs. We liked the spotless bathroom. The service was great with an early check-in.

It deserves its 4 stars. We had 2 nights in London, spend our time here nicely. All the staff was friendly!
