The units were compact and exceptionally clean with balcony. The location is perfect and magnificent, as the hotel is based in the restaurant around the corner.

Our rooms were comfy and warm with a bunk bed and shower plus balcony. Great and amazing location close to an underground station, that was handy.

This brand-new hotel is ideal with very polite and welcoming staff. The location is central.

The bathrooms are tiny.

We stayed in a tidy room that had a TV set and a balcony. The continental breakfast had lots of food. The staff was willing to help with all our questions. The hotel's location was MAGNIFICENT, adjacent to lovely restaurants and shops as well as local shops.

Totally very good stay for a business trip. Clean hotel in a nice building short walk to Bayswater tube station as well as metro stops. Compact and neat units with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and very kind staff. What a marvellous location in the region!

The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was fab. This location was marvellous and perfect, next to the subway, and New Dawn. Plus it was 5 mins drive from The Long Water.

There was a very bad bed.

Brand-new room, a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the room. The bed is comfy and the location is absolutely perfect and magnificent.

Was an ideal place for weekend. Overall the room was brand-new with beds occupiying all the space available, balcony and TV. The hotel's position was perfect and magnificent, really close to the tube stations Bayswater and Queensway, shops/restaurants and Kensington Gardens, the subway Queensway and Bayswater, shops and many restaurants.

Actually, Wi-Fi was bad and our bed was cheap.

The venue was in a central location really close to London, shops and restaurants, and Kensington Gardens. Continental breakfast had a nice variety. The employees were pleasant and kept it all clean.

suitable place for 2 nights. the restaurant was located within 200 metres. twin room had an iron and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, everything worked for us. besides, it offers free wi fi.

This venue needs updating.

Shame the bathroom was too small.
