The location is central. The quadruple room is spotless with a balcony. It has affable employees.

The staff were friendly, unbeatable and excellent location by a Main Road. Our double room was decorated in the nice design.

The room we had included an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV set. Had central location to the nearest station.

Everyone is super-friendly and pleasant and host too. The location is stunning and marvellous, by a Main Road. Royal China, where you can eat lunch, is at a medium distance from the hotel, truly enjoyed this place.

Magnificent location when travelling to London.

By and large, it was chilled-out base for sightseeing in London, had much fun. The staff was superfriendly and made us feel comfortable. The setting was fantastic, near shops and restaurants as well as the underground tube. We found nice Broad Walk Cafe nearby with hot beverages.

The location was fantastic and stunning, just a short stroll away from a retail road.

I did not want to leave and would like to stay here on the next trip.

I got triple room for 1 night with a balcony, liked it. The location was magnificent and perfect, very close to supermarkets and restaurants, Bayswater tube station or Queensway, and Queensway.
