I stayed for 3 nights here and had a very nice time. The personnel was helpful and incredibly nice as expected. The location was marvellous and incredible for cafés and restaurants. Besides, I was right next to a garden and a park.

Family-friendly place, charming little room, pleasant staff. The rooms with a balcony. A wide range of appetising food for meals. Marvellous, stunning location close to 2 different tube lines. Also - adjacent to the underground even lotts of shops, the trains and bus stop, tube, grocery stores, souveniers shopping, halal restaurants, and hyde park.

Plenty of food for breakfast, it was good! The staff was very friendly and efficient, just as I expected. The location was marvellous in a beautiful area. Plus, I went to see Saint Mary's Cathedral nearby.

Thanks all for a very comfortable stay during winter time. It had marvellous and fab location, close enough to easy walk throught to Royal Albert Hall, bus stop, tube, grocery stores, souveniers shopping, halal restaurants, and hyde park, and train station. Places like a historic fortress were relatively near from here too.

Overall it was a good stay during winter time. The bathroom in my standard quadruple room was great-sized. I had an electric kettle, a fridge, and a toaster. The employees were really helpful and attentive.

The rooms were warm with kitchen, the staff was efficient.

The venue's position was central. It was in a good area, right next to an underground station. The staff were helpful and exceptionally nice, overall.

We had a separate bedroom.

The food was appetising with a lot of choice! Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a lovely view. The hotel was placed in the central location close to 2 different tube lines. Besides, we were so close to convenience stores, various tube stations and food options, and shops a restaurants a train station.

It was really nice time in London. Its location at a walking distance from an expansive park was good. The staff were incredibly nice and took care of me.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, its brand-new and big room and very nice staff. The room was never cleaned or changed the towels atleast and available with a double bed, the double value, as example.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, iron and ironing board, and a TV set. The staff were efficient and the facilities were great. The location was decent and nice, walking distance to a garden and a park.

I greatly enjoyed the family atmosphere. Staff were absolutely wonderful and informative, and facilities were great here. Its location was brilliant, in a quiet street.

Easy to get to, good location near kensington garden, Hyde park, oxford street and 2 minutes walk from underground, the underground even lotts of shops and resturants and pizza shops and Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. Also, close to 2 different tube lines. Extremely comfy bed, excellent bathroom and central heating, a multi-channel television, and ironing facilities in the room.

It was in a central setting close to shops too. It was also short walk to the train station, bars, shops, cafes and restaurants and Hyde Park and Oxford street and other food stores.

The location turned out to be magnificent, adjacent to a surrounding areas. Westminster Borough district was worth visiting. The room was warm & comfy together with a balcony. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges were a nice touch.

Excellent and amazing location right by the train station as well as the Hyde Park and the Metro Station, I felt safe. I booked great little deluxe apartment here with three comfortable beds and the double value plus a balcony.

My room was big size thanks to the very very nice staff. The location was fab, near various tube stations and food options nearby, a train station and many restaurants. Westminster Borough district was definitely worth visiting.

The staff were good and lovely and know their duties. I had the superior apartment which was clean with a balcony. There were central heating, a multi-channel television and ironing facilities in my room.

this accommodation had a central setting close to shops too. besides, it was just next door to the center of london city, bayswater and hyde park.

I did not want to leave and will be back. This was my 2nd stay, they offered suite. The location of the hotel was magnificent, near two metro stations. Moreover, it's near to tube station and shops.

Attentive staff and best possible location too close to everything...

Really enjoyed our deluxe apartment. Its location was brilliant and prime, really close to kensington garden, 2 tube stations and central London. A cool bonus was Cafe Rasa Malaysia, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

We appreciated everything about this excellent apartment. Check-out process was efficient. Location of the venue was PERFECT, fantastic. Moreover, the metro station Bayswater was within 5 minutes' walk.

It needs some maintenance, think about it.

It's easy commute to London via a metro station. Really good location. We would stay again and again. Cafe rasa malaysia, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel...

Easy walk to Malaysia Hall, where you can have lunch. The location was great for weekend in London.
