The place was unique and had outstandingly accommodating and amicable staff with other staff members, enjoyed the stay. Stunning and incredible location on train line, exceeded all expectations. Also, a victorian museum was not far. We were given contemporary, fashionable room with superb sound proofing.

I've had a nice stay for one night. Everything was excellent as expected. The room was trendy and the staff were incredible and exceptional. The breakfast had lots of eggs, bangers, and bacon.

Everything was fantastic, had a very very good stay for Excel visit. The facilities in the twin room were good, beds were comfortable.

The hotel was fairly clean with a very modern design. Queen room with a sofa bed which was spacious. Had convenient blinds, an ironing set, and blackout drapes. The location unbeatable and stunning close to the tube station. Again, not far from St Johns Market.

Had a wonderful stay for a business trip, glad I've chosen it. The hotel had indeed a great and lovely location very close to transport into London. Plus, National Football Museum was just a short walk away from the venue. The room was spotless and budget and what's more - included a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels.

All in all everything was great, had a very delightful stay for a business trip. The location of this hotel so close to the outskirts of London and o2 arena was great and fab. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Royal Docks Tandoori that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

I got double room for 2 nights with double bed, AC, for example, enjoyed it.

The location for London was magnificent and beautiful, near to two separate areas. Besides, Royal Arsenal was 6 km away from the property. The venue has cool setting in Newham district adjacent to olypmic park, London and public transport. Whatever you need is this spotless and beautifully designed room with aircon, extra pillows, for example.

Booked the hotel for its marvellous and cool location not far from Canary Wharf, London, and London City Airport.

The location it offers is cool, very close to train station, airport and main London lines. Don't forget to visit nearby Espressamente Illy, they have best coffee ever.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating, I'm grateful for their help. I appreciated comfortable decor of the queen room. Central heating, an electronic key card and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels worked well and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The location is perfect and cool, 2 km from The Crystal. The rooms are tidy with comfortable bed, everything is great. A special thanks to polite and great staff.

Newham district was worth visiting...

Our favourite hotel in London, staff was ACCOMMODATING. Costa Coffee, which can be found only 400 m away, was a fast dining option.
