Motel One London-Tower Hill

The hotel serves absolutely fantastic breakfasts for croissants. The units are silent, airy with fabulous views of the Gherkin, a big comfy bed, for instance.

Ideally located, easy access to the train station close to the hotel. Delicious continental breakfast at £9.50.

Exceptionally comfortable bed & great and lovely position just next door to the Tower of London/Thames. Comfortable bedroom.

Overall it was well-appointed and nicely decorated, with an open bathroom.

As for me, the area was not so great.

Marvellous and incredible location in the calm area, so close to Tower Bridge and 2 minutes walk away from Aldgate Station, good bars and restaurants, and Aldgate and Tower Hill underground. Neat and practical units with a great view, the high design, for instance, accommodating employees.

It was fairly clean, staff was amazingly nice. It was ideally located for a bulging skyscraper. The place was very close to an underground station. The continental breakfast was savoury.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay during our weekend. The location was INCREDIBLE, the room was air conditioned. Set close to a train station, it was a plus.

Loved staying at the beautifully presented room with a great ambience. Had very good facilities, such as luggage storage, a kettle, and heating. The venue was ideally set in a very very nice area. We could drink something at The Minories, located 1 km away.

It was a decent place for our very positive stay. The room was airy and silent, we had luggage storage, coffee, and a safe. All the services were exceptional. Had marvellous and lovely location close to the Aldgate metro station.

Staff and rooms were very good and I really enjoyed that the place was fairly clean. The location of the hotel was cool - within walking distance of Surprise. Also, the area was pretty nice. The pleasant onsite restaurant had plenty of food.
