The staff were caring, magnificent and perfect location to Central Park. Full English breakfasts with excellent croissants and awesome coffee, as for instance was delicious.

The room we were changed to was a nice size and included a terrace, an iron, and a kettle. The service was very good, the food was great. The location was central, adjacent to public transport and pubs for meals, and Earl's Court tube station and plenty of restaurants/things to do. Btw, it was just next door to St Johns Market.

The bed was big, the room was fashionable and recently refurbished with creaky floors on our levele.

Everyone who works in the hotel is very pleasant and super-friendly. This place is great value for money, the rooms are new-fashioned with access to bed and the bedroom. All in all they offer excellent service.

Comfortable and stunning location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. And the area was very accessible, near to the cheap Bus line 74 to travel in the City for example Marbel Arch to go to Shopping in the Bond Street or Walking in the Park, and Extremely close to the Earl's Court Station. The room we got was compact and brand-new.

Thank you all for a wonderful stay for one night. Had great location to a rear garden. And it was also just off the underground and the high street as well as the restaurant. I enjoyed this hotel and didn't want to leave, would recomand to everyone.

The staff was superfriendly and extremely polite, nothing was to much trouble, they was willing to help. Terrific service was provided here. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. I had well priced room with baths. It was modern and had an iron, a kettle, and a carpet. The hotel location was good and perfect right next to tube station.

Magnificent location, the staff was willing to help. Also, I was a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Cavern Club. I booked guest room with large comfortable bed and basic amenities plus minibar which turned out to be a functional room.

The rooms are well decorated and well-equipped and they have a hair dryer, a safe, and coffee. The property has an excellent and absolutely perfect location, adjacent to many restaurants, Kensington Palace, and a tube station. Kensington district won't disappoint you.

We had a very nice stay at this boutique hotel. They gave a single room with rose petals, children to relax, as example as we booked.
