Magnificent and terrific place with courteous employees on the reception desk. Comfortably positioned in a beautiful area. Fresh food in the restaurants such as Number Seven Restaurant, located 5 min away.

View was astonishing, breakfast was plentiful, and beds where comfortable. The room was a nice size and air-conditioned, it had a balcony, a safe box, and a storage space. We got a bathtub too.

Everything was amazing, including consistently courteous and incredibly welcoming staff on the reception desk. The room was double superior, modern and had an air conditioner, a new carpet, and a storage.

Possibly the best and very positive stay for 2 nights. Plentiful and lovely breakfast with a huge variety of food, well priced. Functional room, glorious view of the London skyline. Fantastic and incredible location, very close to the tube station.

The venue is great-sized and fairly clean with a superb value and extremely friendly staff. The hotel serves perfect breakfasts with a nice view. The rooms are decent sized, the bed is very comfy.

Well-equipped and nicely furnished units and attentive staff who respond to my request very fast. Lots of products for a plentiful breakfast.

Really enjoyed the place, it was top quality and well priced and worked for me. Had central location next to the subway.

Our cheap and updated room had a couch and tea, coffee. We had a perfect and very good English breakfast, with dishes to suit all tastes, the food was delicious. Liverpool Central Library was comfortably located next to the hotel.

Generally, the place was wonderful relaxing and had hard-working and responsive staff on request from efficient concierge. We spent 1 night in standard queen room with a view. It was in the heart of London, and close to Sloane Street.

The units were cheap with a double bed. Comfortably located, the hotel is nearby a tube station.

A decent size room, luxury bathroom with a bathtub.

The location is incredible and stunning, to the Knightsbridge station on the Picadilly Line of the Underground which made getting around really easy. A standard double room with nice view has basic facilities you need.

The venue was fairly clean and great-sized. Gentle, affable personnel on request from efficient concierge. Very central position to a different station etc with fabulous views. Based close enough to the tube stop on the Piccadilly Line. A great selection of food in the hotel, in-house restaurant.

The staff are extremely friendly and provide a very efficient service. It is comfortably located within relatively close to Victoria and Albert Museum. The outdoor bar offers welcome drinks.

The units are compact, tidy with a view. The property is comfortably located only a short distance to Sloane Street.

Everything is perfect here, had a very positive stay for business trip. It is comfortably located, nearby an underground station. The in-house restaurant at a premium price is what you need.

The standard double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was reasonably well appointed and very well decorated with view across london. I was offered a plentiful breakfast on the standard rate.

Fancy and fairly clean place, everything was high quality. Particularly helpful and attentive staff who were always there to help. The hotel had good location close enough to Harrods and The beautiful shops of Sloane Street, a very upscale shopping street, right near Harvey Nickolls and Harrods, the park, and an underground station and the designer shops. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby. Loved the English bar.

The location in the heart of the town was decent. The breakfast looked plentiful and above average, with a nice view, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it.

Everything there was really good and the staff were top-class. The rooms were airy and immaculate and the service VERY GOOD. The location was prime and top, for example, Jo Loves Perfume Store was within walking distance of the hotel. It was at the end of the road.

Staying here for celebrations was pleasant, totally recommendable. The stuff was attentive and best & helped with bags. The location was unbeatable as for me, close to London and Buckingham Palace and Harrods department store. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Serpentine.

Wi-Fi was bad tbh and there was a little hard bed in my room.

The location was stunning, metres from Sloane Street. Shops and boutiques were right next door. It was immaculate and had an electric kettle, air conditioning and a personal safe.

The food was fabulous - lots of options. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Hyde park and the Natural History Museum and shops. It also was near to underground.
