Mercure London Hyde Park Hotel

The staff was generally nice, so I would want to stay there again. Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, yummy food, particularly good views. The room was spacious and very well furnished and beds were exceptionally comfortable. This accommodation was in the secluded location close to station. Moreover, the hotel was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Edinburgh Castle.

Pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff throughout our stay. Decent sized room with good size bathroom and hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows.

Untrained staff!

Was an interesting place for trip. Would have stayed for longer, the hotel was clean, and location in centre of London was great. The room was reasonably spacious and very well furnished and we greatly enjoyed an electric kettle and refrigerators. Its personnel was courteous and polite, nothing too much trouble.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice quiet area. Varied and delicious selection for breakfast with cheese, fruit plus scrambled eggs. Perfect and amazing location for our trip.

Modern hotel in the chic style. Decent sized and newly remodelled room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Tea, cereal, pastries, and cheese for a rich and free breakfast with warm dishes available.

We got a room with a bath. The selection of great cereal, pastries, and cheese was a bonus.

It was in a very central setting pretty close to Paddington station. The staff team was pleasant, the rooms were big and equipped with the beds pushed together and a balcony plus an inclosed space. Coffee/tea makers and a fridge were available.

By and large, it was ideal place for sightseeing in London, had much fun and met knowledgeable staff who could n't find our reservation. The breakfast had plenty of cereal, pastries, and cheese.

Truly enjoyed the place, had a lovely stay by 2 extra nights. The rooms were recently refurbished and a decent size with tea, Nespresso machine and a double bed, just what was needed. The breakfast food including cereal, pastries, and cheese was good. During trip everything was nice and we would return anytime.

It had bad views.

This accommodation was in the central location unable to use Accor card in restaurant. Also, we stayed here to explore Georgian House, which was 15 minutes walk away.

Well, the area was quite dirty overall.

The room was tiny, and we had a good view of the city. The hotel was in the very central setting in a taxi to the apologies theatre for wicked. Btw, went to the lake in the evening, it was 300 metres from the venue.

Savoury breakfast with warm dishes available and particularly good and unbeatable location. Excellent stay, and 10 minutes' stroll from the metro.

The venue is slightly tired, but it offers magnificent location and has outstandingly accommodating staff. Amazing service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi. The ambience of the hotel is cosy. Our breakfast is savoury and wonderful, includes tea, cereal, pastries, and cheese.

Had really really nice stay overall, attractive place and the weather was wonderful. The restaurant was reasonably priced for the included daily buffet at the restaurant here, I had savoury dishes. The service was good, including a friendly check-in. I appreciated incredible and wonderful location a short walk to Robert Dundas. This hotel was located in a nice quiet area.

Stayed in this property for 5 nights and liked our choice. Came in London for trip, the hotel met what was needed. The staff were generally nice and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. Our location was brilliant and pleasant, walk from a bus station. It had a reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast.

The continental breakfast was comprehensive except for scrambled eggs, reasonably priced. We booked a cosy double room, it was cheap with comfortable design.

The room I booked was reasonably spacious and very well furnished and provided with soft drinks and Nespresso machine etc plus the garden. The location was great, specially it was walk from a bus station which was useful.

The place was reasonably priced. I loved staying in this absolutely fabulous hotel based in a chic building. Its location in London was marvellous, near tourist locations. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was immaculately clean with tea and coffee etc.

It's brilliant place for visiting some must see attractions in London. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the so caring and caring staff. The location is central. The pleasant restaurant which serve very good breakfast is a nice plus.

Views are really bad.

It was really nice stay, I did not want to leave and would come here again. The hotel room was beautifully maintained and good modern, had an air conditioner and electric outlets. The location was lovely, so close to Paddington Station nearby and Heathrow airport in a very short time via the Heathrow Express and easily accessible.

It is a lovely quiet place. Chic-style building, lovely modern and stocked rooms with rain shower, all the channels on the TV worked, a nice view of the trees. Cereals, pastries, and cheese for breakfast. Stunning, magnificent location right by Paddington and Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens, and the Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, efficient staff. And a short walk to Australian War Memorial.

The cosy double room that we stayed in was decent size and newly renovated. The breakfast had a lot of options: cereal, pastries and cheese. Our hotel was in an absolutely perfect and amazing location in a quiet square.

The hotel was modern and charming small in general, had superfriendly staff who could n't find our reservation. The room was recently renovated and contemporary, we had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. Our accommodation was set in a very central location right by the tube station, restaurants/pubs and Hyde park, Paddington, and Lancaster Gate tube stop and Hyde Park. Westminster Borough district was definitely worth visiting.

My stay was very nice for a business trip. Fantastic location easy to reach with Heathrow airport express, and the rooms were newly remodelled and air-conditioned.

Besides, the location was brilliant for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a Dinosaurs gallery. Moreover, it was near Paddington, of course Hyde park, and London. The breakfast had lots of food, including incredible cereal, cheese and pastries.

The place had a cosy atmosphere. It had brilliant and pleasant location next to Boy David Memorial. I loved having a metro station within 10 minutes walk.

It was worth its 4 stars. To grab a bite visit sussex fish bar, it is located close by.

Excellent personnel, great bed. It's a 10-minute walk from lancaster gate subway station. If you plan to visit westbourne grove, don't pass this hotel up. Free WiFi was very useful.
