We had the classic king room it was compact. The hotel was placed in the efficient business location to the nearest station. The staff, everyone, was highly skilled.

It is a chilled-out base for celebrating birthday, has magnificent views of the sunset. Cooperative staff with a first class service, functional superior twin room. A great selection of nice food for prepaid breakfast. Particularly good and perfect location, relaxing area, close enough to all the usual sights and numerous transportation links, a convenient bus route into town and Tate Modern Gallery, Borough Market, Bankside and Southbank centre. And a 10-minute walk from a grand townhouse.

The breakfast was free of charge, the room was well-maintained and great modern with an extra bed. The breakfast with all the classic toppings was served in the restaurant.

Efficient business location was a plus. Everything was modern, however a few employees were very rude.

I truly enjoyed staying in this great value and reasonably priced place. Nice hot and classic breakfast with all the classic toppings, and the staff was very efficient. I booked a room with a very big bed, a kettle and an iron. Perfect and efficient location close to many attractions and eateries as well as Covent Garden restaurant outside seating areas, restaurants and bars were close to the hotel.

The room was newly remodelled with a bed for him, the bed was extremely comfy. The breakfast was good hot with all the classic toppings; and the staff was best.

The location was marvellous, just off Close to Tate Modern, two tube stations on different lines, a bus stop almost outside the door and a good after breakfast walk across the Millennium Bridge to the St Pauls area, and Southbank and London Bridge and easily accessible. We were given a privilege queen room, it was functional and stylish.

The property is exceptionally clean with a modern design, and the English breakfast is warm. The classic king room is brand-new and has a kettle and an iron. The hotel has a peaceful and best possible location, to the Tate & Tower Bridge. It's really close to of course the southbank, the underground and points of interest.

The rooms were comfortable quiet and high quality with a sofa bed, coffee pods plus the bathroom. The breakfast was hot and complimentary. The unbeatable and fantastic location was next door to an authentic Shakespearean theatre.
