I have stayed in standard king room with a very good bed, Nespresso Coffee machine plus the TV to watch in comfort for 3 nights.

Good sized and newly renovated room with comfortable bed. Variety of facilities like: a Nespresso machine, a safe box, and an iron.

My double room and all facilities were very nice modern. The hotel was intimate and in a very central location. Bloomsbury district was worth exploring.

The location was excellent, in city centre and the interior design was modern.

Very nice area, central location not far from both Holborn and Russell Square tube stations, a bus stop on the doorstep and a 5 minute cab or bus from Kings Cross/ St Pancras station, Heathrow airport which was about a hour tube ride to the Russell square station then about a 5-10 minute walk, and central London. Very efficient, reasonably good personnel from chambermaids to maintenance and reception during stay.

Amazing and fantastic location, within short walking distance to Saint Mary's Cathedral. The best breakfast, compact rooms with lovely beds.

Unattractive views.

The service was very good and the food was nice. Extra bed were not a big deal too. The hotel has magnificent and perfect location close to Oxford Street and Russel Square tube station, and the capital. Also, Greater Manchester Police Museum was just 1 km away.

Facilities were very good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

Came in London to relax and have fun, this small hotel was best base for doing it. All of the staff members were fairly friendly and accommodating. The room was large with king size bed, stayed here for 2 nights. Had great and beautiful location in the center of London, an easy walk to Gordon Square.

Overall had fairly nice stay for 1 night. Overall it was reasonably large and fashionable, with a functional bathroom. The food was reasonably priced and freshly made. Had very central location to Heathrow Airport.

The location was excellent and perfect: gift shops and boutiques were within walking distance. There was The Square Pig, located nearby, where we relaxed.

The rooms are newly decorated and top-class and complete with comfortable bed, a modern ensuite bathroom plus even earplugs.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and compact with good amenities, enough space to put the seat in front of the TV to watch in comfort, comfy bed. The property's location is great and beautiful, so close to Covent Garden and Oxford Street, and 2 subway lines and a lot of busses.

The venue is placed in a very central position to Westminster area.

The English breakfast was comprehensive, had a wide range of options. The units were functional and the staff were exceptional and immensely pleasant people at the receptionist. The location was great and lovely, in the park opposite, in the extremely comfortable area.

Where was view?.

Fairly clean hotel, pretty friendly and superfriendly staff at the receptionist. Good-sized and newly remodelled room with machine to make 'proper' coffee and reasonably priced. Particularly good location in London adjacent to the airport, a main bus line into " town " and brilliant restaurants close by. Situated only 1 km from Covent Garden.

This is a well priced and perfect hotel with exceptional staff at the receptionist. The location is stunning and handy, relatively near Dominion Theatre. Plus, this property is near central London, Russel Square tube station and friendly reception staff and tube and bus.

It had very central location close to Russell Square. The hotel itself was in a good area, so close to Covent Garden, the tube stations and London.

pleasant and delightful hotel, the best 4 stars experience compared to other options. we ate in the good restaurant for breakfast which was reasonably priced. the bed was comfy, and the staff were attentive and best people from chambermaids to maintenance and reception. its location at a walking distance from the charles dickens museum was marvellous and decent. you could walk to shops and supermarkets.

Perfect location in 10 min walk from the tottenham court road metro station. Hotel was situated not far from tourist destinations like dalston.
