Its location was good, near the Portland underground station, and in a very very nice area. The staff was amicable and polite, quiet atmosphere.

The location was excellent and lovely for traveling around London, close to The British Museum, Madame Tussauds, central London, and airport. It also was near the Portland underground station.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave inside the room. It had kitchenette available😃

We enjoyed everything about our comfortable stay here during 16 nights. A kitchen was included. The housekeeping staff was doing a nice job.
