The hotel was in a central location to Gloucester St tube station. Moreover, it was next to many shops and points of interest. We had an easy check-in, the room was nicely furnished for a portable air con unit.

Incredible location; competent staff who went out of their way to provide a good service. Also set near a bus stop. Outstanding food in the restaurant for breakfast for cereal & toast.

Central location very close to the Natural History Museum, V & A Museum and Kensington Palace, Gloucester Road tube and the museum area and restaurants, museums, parks and the underground, it was in a very very nice area. Besides, it was not too far away from Royal Albert Hall. The room of place was nicely furnished and brand-new on upper level. Generous and good hot breakfast at 10.45 was available.

The hotel was in a great location really close to underground, shops including a Tesco, restaurants, and The Royal Albert Hall and Museums. I had great food for breakfast at 10.45.

The stay here was comfortable for 4 nights. The breakfast was gorgeous with juices, cooking of the bacon, the bacon and the restaurant food was well presented. The hotel was in the very central setting near tube station ok.

The location was marvellous and stunning, by more activity in bar-cleaning crew, in the relaxing area. The room was modern and compact with ventilator as well as the bathroom, had a good night's sleep.

The room I booked was tastefully presented with a recently refurbished bathroom and available with tv good. The breakfast was delicious, I truly enjoyed lots of food they served.

Kensington district was worth exploring.

It had a marvellous and particularly good location next to tube station, shops, restaurants and Kensington Gardens, Royal Albert Hall, museums and Gloucester Road tube station, and hop on hop off bus stop out the door and tube stations very close by. Places like a scientifically spellbinding museum were just a pleasant stroll away from from here too.

The location of this lovely hotel was unbeatable, to Sw17 restaurant. Plus, it was right by Museums & Royal Albert Hall and the tube station and restaurants. We had a delightful and excellent breakfast at 10.45.

Distance to the airport was just 20 km. The room was perfectly clean with excellent bed, everything was excellent.

The staff were really good and pleasant and the location was brilliant close enough to most of the main London sights. Further, it was near to the metro station and Natural History Museum with less than 10min walking.

Absolutely charming and friendly place all in all, has brilliant staff on the reception desk. The rooms are tidy and amazing with prosecco as well as ventilator. The hotel is in the very central location to all Heathrow airport terminals. Also, it is next to the theatre in Piccadilly Circus, the museum of natural history and the victoria and albert museum and The Royal Albert Hall and Museums.

The room was reasonably large and normal double, with a nice decor and a mini bar and an air conditioner for my comfort. Very central location was a plus. Set near a bus stop, which helped to explore London.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, outstanding food, exceptional views. The staff were competent yet not intrusive. There were a minibar and climate control in the room, greatly enjoyed that. A good choice of food served in the restaurant for breakfast, it was savoury and delicious. It was surely a perfect stay for three nights.

this was my pleasant stay by one night-fully booked. every detail was great from the beginning, including staff and location, i liked it. the breakfast was hot and had plenty of options. the room was beautifully decorated with the carpets in the halls, tv plus bedroom, had the best night sleep. all the staff was well-mannered, solved my issues. a tube station was close to the property.
