Nice hotel in a nice Victorian style building. Comfortable units unless on your bed. Hearty and wonderful breakfast to star a day with yoghurt, cereal plus croissants. Helpful service and decent value.

I liked to be here, everything was really good. The triple room I got was complete with coffee, hairdryer and shower. Had great amenities. Everyone was competent and amazingly helpful. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice - near to to Victoria Station, most attractions and Pimlico underground. Also, tourist destinations and St Saviour were at a small distance. I've had a very very good stay for a business trip.

Had a decent size and functional twin room with bath and shower and wake-up service was available in it. We liked the location in a good setting, in an area that feels safe to walk at night. Again, the hotel was 5 minutes by car from New Town.

The location was particularly good and fab, near a bus station, so it was really easy to travel around.

The location is perfect and perfectly comfortable for exploring London. The units were newly decorated and a decent size with bath and shower.

Ideal and magnificent location, very close to Robert Dundas. Very good continental breakfast with the hot chocolate and well managed and professional staff. Excellent services, stable Wi-Fi.

Make sure you stay in the double room for suitcases to open. The staff is super and amazing. The hotel is in the very central location very close to Pimlico underground station.

All the staff was very cheerful, solved my issues. The breakfast was hearty and wonderful with cheese and granola, as for instance, the restaurant was reasonably priced. The location in a nice enough area was super and brilliant and there were a market and shops nearby. Furthermore, it had easy access to Saint Saviour Pimlico. The service was helpful in my opinion.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the railway station, local landmarks and reasonably-priced restaurants. We had compact, decent sized room, greatly enjoyed the location, it was excellent in a nice neighborhood.

It offers a marvellous location and has perfect staff. The fact that it's located close to a tube station is a big plus.

I was offered a satisfactory breakfast with the hot chocolate. The staff was well managed and professional, the room was compact, reasonably priced. Walk from an underground station, the location was fantastic and comfortable, to the nearby tube station. Plus, it was walking distance to an Anglican church.

Well, it was a real good stay for a short visit. The staff were all brilliantly helpful, efficient.

The most important was the staff - super and amazing people. The location was super and brilliant, so close to close to underground, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey, and a subway. Westminster Borough district was worth staying in.

We were given a double room on arrival, it was functional. It was in a super central location, close to the historic centre.

Unattentive staff!

The location was ideal and easy for walking around Pimlico. I stayed in the room that was kept very clean and available with suitcases to open and a fantastic view plus bath.

Had pleasant stay for a business trip and the weather was wonderful. Its location within walking distance of Area was magnificent and awesome. The hotel was a holiday base for enjoying a nice quiet area.
