Overall clean place with impressive view of London skyline. Amazing and stunning location in very impressive area, close to the Somerset House, Theater and close tube access and particularly the STK restaurant.

The room I booked was kept going very cold in temperature and available with selection of nice toiletries, a glass of Cava, as example.

The venue was spotlessly clean and the staff were efficient. The location of the hotel was fantastic, to the theatre where we watched the Tina Turner musical. Also, it was within easy walking distance of landscaped gardens.

The location was incredible, met absolutely excellent staff on shift. They upgraded me to an extremely pleasant and high-class room with a magnificent view of London skyline.

Everything here was second to none, and the weather was warm sunny, enjoyed it. The room was lovely modern and high-class, the bed was really big. And it had a pleasant view of Covent garden. All the employees where absolutely excellent and best. There was Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was good.

The hotel has tastefully decorated and top-class rooms with a balcony, an extra large bath tub and Covent garden. The property met the demands, we would book here again.

The place was spotlessly clean and we loved superior queen room. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was large. We got a rain douche too. Truly enjoyed our time here.

Booked it for our trip and had an amazing stay here. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 9 nights, nevertheless everything was second to none. The location was incredible, and we could reach Somerset House by walking. It was also really close to Theatres, Covent Garden, Piccadily and London Underground Stations, Trafalgar Square and other attractions and restaurants and Southbank Centre.

The room itself was high standard and soundproof and had a great view. The service was excellent and the food was brilliant. The location was stunning for walking around South Bank. Moreover, it was right by reception areas as well as many attractions.

We would recomand this property, loved its location. The staff are competent and superfriendly. The service is outstanding, includes secure parking. The setting is magnificent and impressive, adjacent to the Somerset House, Theater and close tube access, and the theatres. It's worth staying here and exploring Westminster Borough district.
