We had a spacious bedroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, used temperature control, a storage space, and coffee.

Some people working there were a little rude.

We were in a beautiful and exceptional room with an exceptionally good view. Every staff member was approachable and perfect.

The location is marvellous and easy, 25 km from the airport. All in all they offer exceptional service.

Air-conditioned and nicely furnished room with balloons was enjoyable. Everything was fab, but a few employees were just average.

The venue was in a central location next to quiet tube station, northwest London and the restaurant excellent. Booked a room with tv.

The hotel is nicely appointed with especially helpful staff with a lovely service provided by the staff. This is a property go-to for London!

The hotel area was perfectly clean, the room was very good sized and well-equipped. The room was should be kept in perfect condition and available with balloons. The location was central, magnificent straight down stairs to an amazing restaurant.

We stayed in a deluxe room with a bathroom.

It is a nice and absolutely brilliant property located in St Johns Wood district just next door to all the main hotspots, metro, primark, starbucks and shops and old buildings. The location is marvellous and lovely, to Kilburn Green tube station on the Bakerloo line. Lovely hotel staff who had to refer back to a faceless manager, everything was very convenient.

Functional, contemporary room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels. Very very good breakfast with beans and enough hot, for instance and superbly friendly staff.

Its location was ideal, right by a tube stations and an overground stations, kesh Persian restaurant and "central" London. The staff were pleasant and exceptional too.

The room we had included an air conditioner, a storage space, and WiFi. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows were very big.

Delightful hotel, the rooms were contemporary. Satisfactory breakfast with hte quality, enough hot plus continental or hot food and pleasant staff.

Particularly good location for visiting a stadium and pubs. Very easy to get from London City airport, just 25 km.

The room I stayed in was very good sized and well-equipped with a bath. A lot of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone. The staff was genuinely helpful and attentive.

The location was marvellous and easy for London, just off Camden Lock and Wembley, Kilburn Tube and metro/subway lines. Also, it was close to Minotaur Statue and other touristic attractions. Last time I stopped, had newly remodelled and large room with breakfast.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, at a short distance from St Augustine's. There was variety of restaurants and coffee shops. Deluxe room I stayed at was recently renovated and a decent size with a bathroom.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect for traveling around London, close enough to puplic transport, nearby restaurants and supermarkets, Victoria and both overground and underground train lines. It also was close to the tube station. Recently renovated and a decent size room with a king size bed, everything was very convenient.

The hotel was set in a central area near the restaurant excellent as well as both tube and over ground. We had the deluxe room which was tastefully decorated and air conditioned on the cards.

The location was perfect and convenient, you can visit Tk Maxx by walking. The area was nice quiet just off 2 train stations, central London and Kilburn, which is as far from ' nice' as can be.

The restaurant was pleasant for dinner, we ordered wonderful dishes. Could use temperature control, Wi-Fi and coffee. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect with lots of restaurants and coffee shops right at the doorstep. Found in the nice local area, the hotel offered reasonable prices.

The bathroom in our deluxe room was huge. It was with a bathtub.

When we visit London, like staying here. It's a fairly large hotel, satisfactory breakfast.

Magnificent location within walking distance of Little Venice. Also - near to Carluccios restaurant, shops, restaurants, and coffee shops and northwest London.

The room was nice and with comfortable beds. The hotel was placed in the central location close to the underground.

I had a deluxe room included with laptop, afternoon tea were served, for example. Got satisfactory breakfasts with beans and eggs cooked fresh by the chef, for instance. The location of the hotel was decent and easy - a 10-15 minute walk from Kilburn. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in London.

Spotless rooms complete with 2 double beds, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, for example. Don't forget to explore St Johns Wood district. Moreover, the parking is outside. The place provides reasonable prices.

it had central location close to st augustine's. you could walk to several stores and chemist's. the restaurant was lovely and the food was delicious.

It was surely an awesome stay for a night away. Besides, the area was lovely, next to Islamic Centre of England. The rooms were tidy equipped with a bathroom, coffee maker, for example. Had a coffee maker and refrigerators at our disposal. What's more, there's parking outside.

Everything was very convenient, had a memorable stay out in town. The rooms were huge and we could park on site. It was in a central setting to the subway system.

Our room had a lovely bed and a great view. It had marvellous location with access to Minotaur Statue nearby.

Quite small bathroom.

The hotel had a central setting in the area. The room was air-conditioned and huge with a comfortable bed and a shower, a hair dryer and fresh towels in the bathroom.

In overall the room was relaxing and with the drinks etc, coffee and a bathroom. Coffee & tea making facilities and a fridge were a big plus. The staff was informative, provided an efficient check-in and a late check-out.

The location was decent, the staff were accommodating. Besides, High Street was 1 km away from the venue.

Didn't like the area, it was not great.

I had PERFECT and immaculate room here with comfortable beds and balloons plus fruit. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.

Excellent value, room was air conditioned, staff were thoughtful. I was there for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for dinner. The bed was comfortable; and there was a bathtub. The service was exceptional, the food was appetising! Plus their wifi was complimentary. The hotel was in a magnificent location, on several bus lines. Moreover, it was right by central sightseeing, the center, and an underground.

The bed was comfy and location was good. Thoroughly enjoyed dining at Raw Brick, set within 10 minutes' walk. It was worth its 4 stars.

We really enjoyed food and location. There were housekeeping and concierge service too.

The location was good, with queen arms pub nearby. Good sleep in a comfy bed❤
