Nothing too much trouble, overall it’s exceptionally comfortable and upscale place with accommodating staff at the reception desk for the restaurant. There is a fantastic restaurant which doubles up as coffee shop and bar.

Good food quality. Nicely decorated room with storage space, comfortable beds and a settee as advertised.

Centrally located hotel short walk to many tourist destinations in the West End & Kensington, The Maze restaurant by Gordon Ramsay, and Bond Street tube for London City Airport.

It was a perfect stay for two nights. We ate at a pretty good restaurant with outstanding food. Appreciated quick check-in and late check-out.

The staff was not so good.

The rooms are fairly quiet and bright with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. It is centrally located in a beautiful area, the staff are courteous and extremely great. There is an underground station so close to the hotel.

It offered very good service and amazing food too. The staff helped us with taxi. The location seemed comfortable good in the Gordan Ramsey restaurant.

Special place, it has outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk for the restaurant. It has marvellous and beautiful location in an extremely nice neighborhood, in an extremely nice area. This is a hotel go-to for London!

Centrally located adjacent to Oxford Street and the Bond Street Underground station, the terminal and the Gordon Ramsey restaurant, thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms were freshly renovated and good-sized with extremely comfy beds, the breakfast was satisfactory.

The hotel was located really close to a local tube station that made the trip very easy as well as all the Oxford Street bus stops. A superior double room with a good view onto Grosvenor Square park, I had requested this in advance.

The hotel was clean and upscale. The service was great and the food was nice. The location was marvellous, not very far from National Football Museum. It was across the extremely nice area. Had very good stay for two nights and the weather was lovely. A grill restaurant was really nice which doubles up as coffee shop and bar.

Had a very very good stay on vacation, everything was immaculate. This room was nicely decorated with a great view of park. The hotel was in a central setting in the Gordon Ramsey restaurant. Plus, it was close enough to Mayfair and surrounding areas and the Bond Street tube station & all the Oxford Street bus stops.

Lots of options, good food. A nice size, functional room available with the light snacks as well as coffee making facilities.

The units were large for a bedside table. The grill restaurant is pretty good.

The property was centrally located so close to a subway station. Further to this, we were so close to a theatre and a palace.

Everything was nice, so were lovely views of park. The room was reasonably large, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath robes. It had pretty good grill restaurant. The stay was absolutely good.

We have spent 3 days in superior double room with lovely beds. Its location in London was the best and perfectly comfortable, not far from the restaurant. The service was very good.

It was centrally located, where Selfridges London Department Store is easily reachable.

The location was marvellous and a subway station was so close to the hotel. Also, it was centrally placed so close to a theatre and a palace. The restaurant was amazing for gorden ramsy the famous chef with amazing food, we ordered hot dishes. The views of park were particularly good.

I stayed in a well decorated room with a mini bar fridge, air conditioning and a personal safe.

Our room was huge and updated and had a beautiful view, loved it. We had a comfortable bed, a shower, a hairdryer and bathrobes.

The venue's position was central. Besides, the area was secure, next to Bond Street. The restaurant was good with excellent food here, I had excellent dishes. The bed was great and I had a half bathroom.

The staff was flexible, efficient all the time. There were tea and coffee making equipment, and glassware.

Located right by mayfair, the hotel had easy access to buckingham palace. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like The Luggage Room Bar that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Generally everything was great!
