Fairly clean venue with incredible breakfasts and city views. Silent room, as well as very pleasant staff especially in assisting returning clients.

Absolutely fantastic traditional English breakfast provided with gluten free food, croissants, ham.

The hotel was in a marvellous and awesome position near London, Westminster, Big Ben and the London Eye and so many attractions and easy walking distance to Waterloo station/underground.

Very amiable staff and the location was excellent and absolutely perfect. It was placed next to a bus station.

The location was great and lovely in a secure area, near the "touristic areas" of London as well as the center. Visited a few interesting places, including The Cavern Club, located at a medium distance from the venue.

Sadly, there was no breakfast.

Everything was good, thoroughly enjoyed the skyline view from my double room. The location was marvellous, close to a subway station and easy to find.

Stayed at a spotless room with a very comfortable bed, a nice view, for example. The location was marvellous, 15 km to London City airport, perfectly reachable.

It was a marvellous and good location for us, adjacent to cafes and supermarkets, underground, shops and bars, and Westminster bridge and all the the surrounding sights on the river. The staff was super friendly, we had a friendly check-in.

Food was cheap and I stayed in the studio suite, it was fabulous. The location so close to everything was brilliant for everything I needed.

Exceptionally comfortable place, courteous staff especially in assisting returning clients. Marvellous and awesome position to Waterloo & London landmarks. Adjacent to Westminster bridge, London Eye and the House of Parliament and all the the surrounding sights.

The location was fantastic and good, close to an underground station.

The rooms were silent and surprisingly spacious and had a brilliant view of the London skyline. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. The food was cheap and the location was fab. Courteous team especially in assisting returning clients.

The property was functional, offered compact and silent rooms. Enjoyed our rooms with kitchen. The staff were supper friendly lot of the time.

The place was ideal and had nice and understanding staff who told me to email the customer service about the same, appreciated the stay. The breakfast was lovely as expected with a good coffee and bacon & sausage and sausage.

Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with the bathroom, a shower with hot water, for instance; everyone is welcome here.

Stayed here for exploring the city and can recommend it. I had 4 nights in London, spending the time here really good. The staff were courteous and welcoming hole time of my stay. The hotel had a very central setting really close to all public transport.

Came here for 3 nights with my family, everything was good. My room was spotless with microwave and sofa bed plus smell of drains, slept well. Close to a tube station, the location was incredible and great, to bus stops. Downstairs bar was there. This hotel was very good value for money, seeing price-lists in other hotels.

The staff were appalling, didn't expect that coming.

It had great location with access to The Vaults nearby. Walk from a tube station, a convenience shop and convenience stores were not far as well.

It had marvellous and awesome location, just next door to a supermarket, really useful for water bottles and snacks and the buses and trains and London eye.

Could be great for exploring the city. Came here for city trip, had superb 4 days overall. The hotel was fairly clean, had nice and understanding staff at the receptionist. The location in a fairly nice area was marvellous and awesome and there were a small supermarket and a supermarket nearby.

The views were dreadful.

The room was decent sized and compact with view to the east, yet it had not so great views. A microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were available too. The location was great, close to The Vaults.

Shame the bathroom was dirty.

The location was incredible and fab, you can visit The Vaults by walking. And it was also near to local attractions and getting to the West End, and the Waterloo rail station. The bar was nice.

The location of the hotel was stunning and decent - a 10-15 minute walk from Thames River.

Their staff were not very helpful.

Accommodation was reasonably spacious and pleasant, beds were comfortable. I have just spent 5 days in double room and loved it. The staff were efficient in the whole hotel. It was in a central location, near the tube station. My stay here was real good!

A double room has basic facilities you need. It has marvellous, brilliant setting, near to cafes and Waterloo Station and South Bank.

Great sized bedrooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Easy check-in, parking on site.

Besides, my parking was onsite. The location was incredible and fab as for me. I usually went to Chicken Palace to grab a bite.

The hotel had a brilliant position, in the heart of london. Didn't like when it was very hot outside, went to Chicken Palace to relax and grab some food.

Enjoyable base for a 3-night stay. There were really perfect location and cleanliness. Lambeth district deserves your attention.

The subway is located at 300 feet from this SUPERB hotel. We enjoyed having a handy kitchenette.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this well presented hotel. Venue was situated short way from trafalgar square. The hotel was set in a central area. You can easily park on public parking in front of the property...
