The airport was 20 km away. The staff was helpful, very amiable, and responded promptly to requests. The unit we got was clean and lovely with pastries and a big wardrobe.

The room itself was clean and cosy with fresh cakes, fridge, a big wardrobe. The location was good and magnificent for traveling around Kew, so close to the centre, and Kew gardens. Cafe Starbucks located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

My outstanding and lovely room came with mini sink, fresh cakes, as for instance. The location was unbeatable, for example, a British royal palace was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Very welcoming staff, absolutely superb breakfast, particularly good location close to local transport, the centre and central london. Exceptionally nice and outstanding unit with an electric kettle and refrigerators. A bath in the bathroom😃
