You guys made our stay really good. Stayed in recently refurbished king room with shower, tea, for example. The location was incredible, not too far away from Liverpool One Shopping Complex. It was also set close to the train station.

Central location very close to restaurants and train stations, and Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, it was in a particularly good area.

Generally, the place was nicely presented and had service-oriented staff on every shift. The bedroom was brand-new and fully-equipped. Its location was perfect and exceptionally nice, right by the centre and two underground stations, Hyde Park and key sites and Victoria station.

The location was very central, really close to Buckingham palace, The Royal Mews, Queensway close to Kensington Gardens and Victoria tube station. I was offered a sensational breakfast for value.

The room was budget and airy, with well-organised space. The staff were very good and courteous and the location was perfect.

The hotel was in the very central setting on a slope. The bedroom was absolutely gorgeous and ideal.

It was fairly clean, everyone was fabulous. The twin room we stayed in was immaculate. The hotel was situated in the very central location in a beautiful neighbourhood.

I enjoyed 2 nights in this property. Everything was really good, the wifi was reliable. The units were high standard and the staff were very amiable people on every shift.

It is located close to a subway station and is in a marvellous and good location. Furthermore, it is 2 km from the touristic places like St James's Park.

The property was quiet little with courteous staff. Variety of options, nice food. Marvellous and good location to a tube station close to the hotel. Besides, easy access to Sainsbury's.

Thanks very much for the warm welcome, you're dope! Quirky and overall clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is fantastic. The breakfast itself is excellent with mushrooms, egg and beans. The service is individual, includes free parking. Don't worry about the internet, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was an unexpected bonus.

The location was marvellous, you can visit Victoria by walking. I spent 5 nights and would stay here again.

We had room which had a TV, a patio, and a kitchen and was fully-equipped. The so efficient and amazingly attentive staff on every shift provided all the necessary info. The location was magnificent, and we could reach Victoria by walking. The hotel was in a particularly good area.

Our well-kept room had coffee, complimentary WiFi, and a balcony. The hotel was set in a central area short walk to Victoria bus and train station, and Pimlico and Victoria tube stations.

Really enjoyed our stay, had very comfortable 7 days overall. The unit we got was spotless with very comfy beds, lovely bathrooms, for instance. Everywhere there was clean, the staff were nice people on every shift.

Amazing and great location by the Natural History Museum, the hotel is close to a train station. There is a huge variety of fine food for breakfast.

A twin room with good bathroom has basic facilities you need. The location is very central, near to several restaurants and a grocery store, Westminster and train connections. The staff is absolutely fantastic, awesome.

Everything was fantastic, met the purpose, and the staff were especially helpful and amazingly attentive people on every shift. I was upgraded to a brand-new triple room on lower level. The food was good and the bar was great. Had central location to London centre per se. Visited a few interesting places, including an art museum, located within easy walking distance of the venue. I was there for 2 nights and would stay here again.

Actually everything was lovely, my next choice again in London. I had a king room and it was newly decorated with tea, a lovely view, coffee.

Very central location close to all main attractions. And right by subway, theaters and dining with great staff and breakfast, Victoria Palace Theatre and the Rail and Bus Station, and Pimlico tube station and Victoria.

It is reasonably priced. Incredible and good location, an underground station is close to the hotel. Also, it's 2 km away from a huge observation wheel.

The location was magnificent to Luton airport. Moreover, it was close to a central area with, the Apollo Victoria theatre, and Victoria.
