Very nice staff and the breakfast was rich with eggs on toast, fresh fruit plus toast.

Got newly remodelled double room with a really comfy bed as expected, loved it.

Comfortable accommodation with magnificent setting near to Hight Street Kensington tube stations and Kensington gardens, v & an and other museums. New-fashioned executive king room with bath.

This place was high quality in general with a highly professional staff team. The location of the hotel was central, next to metro and buses and Kensington, in a nice and quiet street, near Earls Court and Hyde Park. The food they offered was good, had plenty of meals.

Every visit to London we like to stay here. It offers incredible, amazing location. Kensington district deserves to be explored.

It was a lovely relaxed and quirky hotel in a nice quiet area, just off nearby restaurants which provided better breakfasts, Kensington gardens, v & an and other museums and several restaurant choices. Its location at a walking distance from a Dinosaurs gallery was incredible.

The staff was welcoming and courteous - I will be back. The English breakfast had plenty of options for all tastes. My executive double room was compact, spotless. The overall atmosphere was quiet, even so some staff members were poor. The hotel was in a very central location in a very nice neighborhood in Earl's Court. Luckily it was close to Cafe Nouvelle, had pastries there when it was hot outside.

Came in London to relax and have fun, this small hotel was lovely base for doing it. You could leave a car nearby.

The hotel had an upscale location a short walk from Orsini. Bars and restaurants were near the place. As for me, rooms were spotless and compact with a really comfy bed, they offered wake-up service.
