The staff were service-minded and amicable, everything was excellent.

It offers friendly services. The hotel has practical and big size rooms with TV, a single bed plus the temperature outside. The staff are exceptionally nice and amicable, they keep the place clean. The property's location is great and perfect, just off Leicester Square and Tower of London and river.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice as for me, close enough to the tube stations, Covent Garden and pubs. Booked a room with a view on the bridge.

The stuff where all AMICABLE, and the room was spotlessly clean. The location was great and absolutely perfect for visiting bars and pubs near the hotel. I enjoyed that it was near a tube station.

Our queen room was complete with a modern shower, the temperature outside, clean bathroom. It was a perfect location really close to Trafalgar Square, and Tower Hill.

Stayed for 1 night, the hotel was fantastic and fairly clean, it had ideal and nice location in a dual carriageway above takeaways. The staff were amiable and very responsive in case of questions. The restaurant had basic food, enjoyed it. Our stay there was pleasant.

Stayed for 3 nights in this fantastic place, really enjoyed that. The service was good, the staff were very friendly. Stayed in guest room which was perfect for me. It had great facilities, every hotel should provide a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and television.

Was a convenient base for weekend. Near a tube station, the location was magnificent and particularly good, close to the center. Whitechapel district was worth visiting.

The location of the hotel was perfect and exceptionally nice - not too far from Tower Bridge. Every staff member was amiable and amicable. The room we had included a fridge, an electric kettle and a microwave oven.

Every time we stay in London, like to stay here. All exceptional, everything you need for the weekend. Great setting, it's short walk to Aldgate East tube stations and Leicester Square or Covent Garden. Plus, the hotel is located at a medium distance from a medieval castle. The restaurant serves simple Indian food.

The location was great and ideal, for example, a medieval castle was relatively close to the hotel. The beds were comfy, the room was en suite and compact.
